The quality of work was excellent. The price was communicated ahead of time and was very cost effective. It was done quickly and neatly. Salvador who performed the work was very kind, courteous and trustworthy.

The prices we were quoted were reasonable for high quality work, but not for shoddy and sloppy painting. After a day and a half of work, we pointed out to this company the poor preparation and sloppy painting that was underway. We even sent pictures. Their response was to tell us to find someone else. So, if you want the job done to your satisfaction, you should save your self the trouble of dealing with these people.

Overall very pleased. The one area where things could have been better is on the clean-up. There was quite a bit of debris/splntered boards from the rotten pieces they replaced. Despite this, I think overall they did a good job in a timely manner at a fair price. I would definitely use them again.

Norm Potter Painting did an excellent job. My house looks new. Bruce and Norm showed up everyday to make sure we were happy and that their crew was doing a good job(3-4 day job). Everything seems like it got 2-3 coats of paint, the crew worked very hard and did not cut any corners. They even blew off my driveway after each days work.

Bruce did a great job with the estimate and Nelson and his crew actually showed up 3 working days early to get started! Nelson was very knowledgeable and was a big help, verifying all colors and pointing out anything found in addition to the estimate and giving alternatives on repairs. The crew was incredibly hard-working and worked long days independently from us. The job was finished to our overwhelming satisfaction in one week! This allowed us to get on with the rest of our projects toward getting our house ready to sell. Great job and great people to deal with. No deposit required and credit card options for payment. This is a great company! The crew worked hard and did a superior job in power washing, prepping, and painting the exterior of our home. The job also included replacing fascia and rebuilding fascia at a corner. I was very pleased with their close attention to detailed work. I am extremely pleased.

They were very professional, on time and did excellent work. They replaced my furniture and hung my pictures back up on the wall. They cleaned up very well!

The project began with Bruce, their estimater. He came to our home and listened carefully to what we wanted. He gave us expert advice and sold himself and his company to us. That afternoon, we received his estimate by email, which we found acceptable. On the appointed day, a crew of 4 arrived punctually and worked a hard 9 hours each day of the project. They protected everything, were courteous and friendly, and handled themselves in a friendly, professional manner at all times. As the end of the project neared, Norm, the company owner, came by to make sure all was going as we wished. On the day of the end of the project. Norm returned, and we all walked through the house to make sure everything was done as we wanted. Any problems were corrected on the spot and, only after we were completely satisifed was payment made. All evidence of the project was cleaned up and disposed of by the painters. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and these people to anyone who needs painting done. We will definately use this company for any painting needs we have in the future.

Norm Painting painted the exterior of my house in 2003; I was very pleased with their first job. I did not hesitate to call them for my interior job because of the past experience. A very professional crew came to the house on schedule, they were not only courteous, but performed an incredibly neat job, no mess, no spill. I was billed within a week -no advance moneys required. I have to say that this company is very responsible in ensuring everything is done correctly. They follow up well and if there is a problem with anything they do, they are extremely supportive in getting it done right. We will use them again and recommend them to others.

They just did a wonderful job. Our home is on a hillside, so it is high in the back. We had the house painted a totally different color than it was before. Since we went to a darker shade the paint job turned out beautifully. We have had so many compliments. Some of the things that impressed me was each day the painters came dressed in Norm Potter shirts. I can't say enough for how professional they were. Each morning they started off and did their work as they should. They took down the screens and put them back up. At the end of the job, I couldn't find anything wrong with it and I think I'm pretty picky. We had also received other bids and Norm Potter was in the middle and they stuck to that price. The indicated they would do everything. Everything they said they would do, they did. They cleaned up at the end of each day. We had a lot of questions and they answered all of our questions, which is very important.

IT WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, AND THEY SPENT A LOT OF TIME BRINGING PAINT SAMPLES. A SEVEN PERSON CREW CAME OUT TO PAINT AND WERE HONEST, HARD WORKING GENTLEMEN AND VERY NEAT. THEY MISSED A COUPLE OF SPOTS, AND NORM CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND FINISHED THE JOB HIMSELF.
