Description of Work: Had 3 tires dropped shipped to Mr. Tire, Dunwoody, GA, for installation. Some time afterwards discovered only 1 had been installed. Upon return to Mr. Tire, representative claimed to have left several messages reporting possible mistake. Only 1 message received and returned, but representative was not present. Service Tech had misread work order, only installing 1 tire. Fortunately, business had kept 2 uninstalled tires, hoping I would return at some point!!!!!

+ 0 moreThey are our regular service mechanics. They are really pleasant to work with. They are now open seven days a week, which is a plus. We have had all kinds of work done by them. We go there primarily for tires. We were given some credit on the previous tires for wear and tear. We were very impressed by it. They were good tires. Their prices are very reasonable in general. We are happy with them.
Description of Work: We go to Goodyear Tire Center for auto service. We last went there for tire service and oil change.
