I had a great experience with two of the cleaners one was Matilda the other one was Christine they do such a great job and such good workers if you ever get a chance to have these two in your home for cleaning

Scheduled the appointment online and 6 days later I get a txt message from some unknown number which dosnt match the phone number I got in my email confirmation asking for my credit card number. I asked for a website to pay for the service and was told that I could only pay over the phone. In 2025 everyone should know to NEVER give your CC number over the phone. Everything about this seems scammy.

I was not as satisfied this time as I have been in the past visits. I briefly looked around before the girls left however afterwards I noticed that the apartment was not completely vacuumed and dusted. I try to pick everything up before hand, they are only here 30 minutes but due to my MS I can’t get on the floor and they didn’t bother to pick up some papers for me. I don’t usually have any on the floor!! I always provide them with cold drinks.
