It went well. They were prompt and completed all tasks. They are eager to do everything to our liking and correct anything in a timely manner. We also like the fact that the same 2 ladies come each time so that they become familiar with our home and needs.

Many times I have requested them to vacuum around the legs of furniture and the corners of rooms. They do not move things out of the way to vacuum. I'm not talking furniture, I don't expect that, but just things on the floor, like cat toys, etc. Very cursory vacuuming job. This is still happening after I have commented on it several times. Apparently they have never heard of the hose attachment on the vacuum.
They can't keep to a schedule. First we had a team that was pretty good and came when expected. I requested a particular time of day and they usually met it. Then, for no reason, they switched teams and the quality deteriorated. Then they switched times on us without notifying us. They can't keep to a consistent time. I blame the dispatchers for this rather than the actual cleaning team.
Also, for some unknown reason, they don't clean our toaster oven, nor do they do the odd dirty dish in the kitchen. They do not toss out things like used kleenex or obvious trash. A shaving mirror in the shower is never cleaned. They don't dust objects either.

Both my husband and I work very demanding jobs. I realized that even though my home looked 'surface' clean, I no longer dedicate the time after my long day to the 'details' that a home requires. Heather and Maggie came out and found dirt and dust in corners that I have not touched in the entire time I have lived here!!!!! Let's just say I thought I owned a clean home before. When those two left, my house was CLEAN! There was no judgement, Heather even gave me some suggestions to help me out (only because I asked). We will certainly use this service again. We will absolutely recommend this service to others.

They are excellent! They come with a team of two. I've had them come to do housecleaning for approximately 2 1/2 years. They do a fantastic job!

Our team does and excellent job! The girls who work at our home are great. It helps my wife to have them do a good cleaning once a month, gives her a break.

MOLLY MAID IS A PROFESSIONAL GROUP. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS WHILE CLEANING OUR HOUSE. WHEN THE CLEANING CREW ARRIVES, THEY GET TO WORK. THEY BRING UP ANYTHING THAT NEEDS ADDITIONAL ATTENTION. IT TAKES THEM JUST OVER 2 HOURS TO COMPLETE THE WORK. IT'S ALWAYS PLEASANT TO COME HOME FROM WORK TO A NEAT, CLEAN HOUSE. I'VE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR PRICE AND SERVICE AND HAVE BEEN USING THEM TO CLEAN MY HOUSE FOR ABOUT 10 MONTHS NOW. IN ADDITION, I HIRED MOLLY MAID TO CLEAN MY OFFICE.
