The owner was great and responsive. After delay do to rain, I had pressed them to finish the job. They were precise. They came and started to finish the job completely. they were a few problems and the crew came out to corrected it. They crew members can be a little abruptly in customer relations. But they did a good job.

Fantastic! Not only did the crew do a great job in a timely manner for the initial installation, they returned and made repairs that were caused by storm damage and squirrels and did this quickly and efficiently.

The owner sold me the top of the line mastershield gutters and downspout. However, I am so disappointed with the outcome and the performance. Water continues to gush over the gutters in the front and the overflow of rain has caused ceiling damage inside my house. I've contacted the owner several times and he and his crew have not be able to repair the issue. Additionally, he emphasized that I would receive a Mastershield certificate reinforcing the guarantee of the gutters, but I have yet to receive it. I've contacted him and the company several times about the certificate to no avail. Lastly, I've asked for pictures to show work done on top of the house, but I only received pictures that I could have taken from the ground. Makes me think that I've been taken advantage of. I'm disgusted with the product and the service.

"Thank you for your feedback. I do have to address a few of the claims in your review which I felt were a bit unfair. Our last correspondence regarding service or performance of the covers was by text on July 22 where we described what changes that were made during a requested service call and also pictures taken from the roof. In that same thread we sent you pictures twice and you replied “thank you”. In that same text thread you also said “Ok. I’ll check during the next rain storm”. Until yesterday, Sun Jan 19th, you had not contacted us with any further service calls or requests for issues with performance of the gutters or the warranty certificate from the manufacturer. In regards to the manufacturer’s warranty, in late July their website was rebuilt and had issues with the registration process. On Aug 6th we reregistered with the website and asked you to call if you had not receive your warranty by noon. We addressed your concerns in a very timely manor, however, we cannot address an issue if we do not know that it has still an issue a problem and your last correspondence was almost 6 months ago. The gutter area of concern is a very tricky one so we want to have it working properly and are more than happy to address these issues as soon as possible."

Kevin showed up on time, explained how the product - Mastershield - works, and even did a demo. The price was fair in my opinion, so we agreed on a time frame to schedule the work. Everything went according to the schedule, gutters were installed, they look good, and work well - I checked how they worked during this weeks heavy thunderstorm. They did not leak or overflow, which was the problem with my old gutters. Excellent vendor, will hire again if needed.

We just had our MasterShield gutters and gutter guard installed by MasterShieldATL. The entire experience was excellent. Within an hour of my online request for information, I received a call from Kevin Bower, the Atlanta dealer/installer for MasterShield in which we set up an appointment for him to provide me an estimate. During our appointment, he answered my questions and then we reviewed the needs that we had on my home. He made several recommendations which would improve the effectiveness of a gutter system. He demonstrated the materials that they used. Feeling that I was considering a quality product, I accepted the estimate which I felt was reasonable for the quantity and quality of work. There was no pressure or salesman gimmicks. After reviewing the finished work, I was extremely satisfied with job. Now to wait for a heavy rain and admire the effectiveness of the new gutter system. I strongly recommend Kevin Bowers and the MasterShieldATL.

Kevin and his team are first class. After my first meeting, I felt completely at ease having them do the work installing larger gutters than the builder grade which was on the house. Again, they arrived on time, promptly completed the work, and even made sure my yard was extremely clean. I recommend this company all the time as they were extremely efficient, professional, performed the work promptly and answered all my questions. These gutters work like a charm during heavy rainfalls and best of all, there is no cleaning of the gutters required.

Kevin was immediately responsive and came out to our home within a few days. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered by research-based questions. He knows his stuff and has a team that has worked with him for an extended period. He gave us a timeline for installation and met it. The team came over and went directly to work, while answering my husband's questions. They were done and ready to go in just a view hours. They too were professional and extremely efficient. Gutters not my favorite topic and these guys were great. Pricing EXTREMELY great, based on prior quotes for gutter guards we had gotten in the past

Let's start by saying finding a good gutter company was a little difficult for me. I had about 7 gutter companies come out to do the estimates. Not single one of them gave me any choices on gutter guards. They had one kind of gutter guard they used and that's the only quote I received. Kevin was the only company that came with 3 different gutter guards that would work for our house with 3 different quotes. And I really appreciated it. Gutters to be replaced were really same for all the companies that came out. It was the gutter guards that I was stomped with. There were so many choices and pros and cons for each one. The more I researched on it, the more it got confusing. However, Kevin gave me competitive price on the entire package. And on the day of the installation, Matt was on time and did a fantastic job. He was on point and didn't stop until the work was done. It has rained couple of times after the installation and all is well. The gutter and gutter guards are working well so far.

Initial visit from Joel. He was very knowledgeable of many gutter guard systems and did actual demonstration showing how the MasterShield gutter guard system was a better product in keeping everything out of the gutters except rain which is the only thing that should get in.
They were able to work with me on the final price. A 25% down payment is required once contract is signed.
Matt and Mike were the technicians who showed up promptly that morning. Before any work began they answered any questions I had with regard to the work that was to be done. They worked efficiently and the MasterShield gutter guard system was installed in about 4 to 5 hours. The MasterShield gutter guard system is installed with the angled pitch of your roof so that not only does nothing get into the gutters, but the leaves/pinestraw will fall off the roof with the help of the wind and rain.
Once work was completed, they cleaned up all debris from the work effort. I was allowed to inspect and ask questions prior to them leaving my residence.
Their product is superior to others as it does not allow "ANYTHING' to get into the gutters. I have many massive pine trees in my yard and the gutters would get filled quickly even after I had them cleaned out. I am now waiting on the weather change to see how well the MasterShield gutter system handles my pine needles.
I am confident I have found a viable solution to my pine needle gutter filled problem.
