The repairman came and diagnosed the problem immediately. He gave me the price for repairs on the spot. The parts had to be ordered so the office scheduled a time for him to return. He actually came by with the parts on a Friday instead of the following Monday when the office said he was scheduled to complete the job. His comment was that he had the parts, was in our neighborhood, and thought we might want to use the washer over the weekend. That is a nice attitude from a customer service point of view.
