I contacted Leon regarding a full kitchen remodel on short notice and he agreed to take on the job. I decided to take on portions of the job due to costs. Costs are on the higher side. The electrical rough in went OK (I thought). The drywall (new ceilings, partial wall & grinding of powder room ceiling) went horribly wrong. What was agreed upon was install, finishing and skim coat over remainder of drywall. After finishing I called and complained because of poor work. The drywall company sprayed a heavy coat of primer (cant be sanded down and extremely uneven & NEVER AGREED TO THE SERVICE) and overall HORRIBLE work. Leon and the drywall company owner said this is what you get ($2,600 for less than 400 sq/ft of drywall install). I paid Leon in full with agreement that he would have electrical finished and he did indeed cash the check and released him from the project(AKA fired him). He then stated the following week that I was SOL and I could not use his subs because I fired him?! I have a horrible drywall job & an electrical job that........ had 2 dead end wires, nothing was centered!!!!!! & basically had to be redone. I am out $3K of the $5.6K paid due to lack of work done. Leon does not except credit cards for a reason (no paper trail). I can not recoup any of my money as all checks were cashed and no service was rendered. Leon does not back up his work and sides on his **** poor sub contractors (will not name names). HORRIBLE experience but thank god a contractor with a conscious came in and fixed everything as much as he could. He said that both the electrical and drywall were about as amateur as he has seen. Also the one site that does have positive reviews DOES NOT except honest negative reviews. Lesson learned. Also his contractor material markup is 400%. I had 9 can lights (no lights or trim) and he charged me $200 (how convenient because its such an even #?) Total cost at home depot? $47! He was upset that I ended job as he was going to make another $5K on me. Thank god I never signed the contract. I saved myself much more than I lost in the long run.

I did not dislike anything. They showed up on time, which most people don't. Their estimate was accurate and the work they did turned out fine. It was nothing spectacular, but they did what they said they were going to do.

LPK Creations did an outstanding job on our laundry room remodel.  They built and installed custom cabinets, sink and countertop.  Excellent workmanship with great attention to detail.  LPK Creations was very prompt and professional and completed the work on time and on budget.  Overall an excellent job in all categories - quality, professionalism, and value.

Leon, was one of four bids for our job. We went with Leon, based on expertise and price. Leon, built us an awesome deck, came in on budget and on time. Very happy overall!

Started on-time and finished on-time Extremely professional cleaned-up construction area and storage area at end of each day very unobtrusive.  They came in, did their work.  If played music, they kept it quiet. Worked with me if I presented any changes.  In fact, were able to give good design advise. If they questioned anything, they showed me and presented other options. Leon and all his workers and subcontractors were easy and enjoyable to have in our home.   Everyone was professional and knew his trade very well. Excellant craftsmanship.
