Home Building
Loren has an outstanding reputation in Atlanta, so I'm just one of many to echo this opinion. Loren builds a beautiful home, with outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. Everything is done with care. Before the work is done, they sit down with you to outline their responsibilities and what the company will need from the customer to best complete the work. But beyond that, they honor their warranty to the letter. They come back to take care of what you need done with no questions asked. Our home did not need much warranty work done, but they did everything we asked. We had a problem four years after living there, and they came back to fix it, which they absolutely did not have to do.
