The first time I called & scheduled an appointment I had to cancel because of illness.  Had to call twice after that & leave messages before I could reschedule (my only complaint).  Scheduled a 2.5 hour window for appt. time and the repairman got there just 1/2 hour before the time ran out..  He was very polite and very thorough, taking about an hour & 15 minutes to diagnose the problem.  He told me he would have to replace a part that he would need to order. He gave me a written estimate of the cost, including parts & labor which I thought was very fair. .We sceduled an appointment time for two days later for him to complete the repair.  On that day he arrived within minutes of the appointed time, completed the installation & was done within an hour & a half. There were no surprise charges tacked on & he was very courteous & professional.  My washer is running great now and sounds better than it has in a long time.  I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

We have used them many times.  They were great.

Great service and price. I called to have my Maytag washer repaired, it no longer got the water during the spin cycle. The technician was on time, professional, and gave me a great price, had the part already in the truck. Overall, great job and service, family business, would use again.

This is the second time I used Larco, first time they fixed my dryer and now the fridge. The technician arrived on time, was very professional and explained the problem. Gave me two options, one significantly more affordable! I really appreciated the honesty. Both the dryer and the fridge are working great.
