Roofing
My roof was replaced in July, 2010 by Overlake Roofing and had a lifetime warranty on workmanship. The roof is now leaking in several places. Overlake Roofing went out of business in the fall of 2010. Then the owner Rener Vieira opened another roofing company under the name Landmark Roofing in Jan, 2012. They have refused to honor the Overlake Roofing lifetime warranty stating that "An Overlake warranty is not valid for Landmark." Though this is quite legal, I think that the consumer should beware of Landmark. If Mr. Vierira closed one company and opened another one thus voiding all warranties, what is the likelihood that he will do it again? Buyer beware....
