I WOULD JUST SAY THAT THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY CAME ON TIME. THEY REPAIRED IT PROPERLY BECAUSE I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
