Kenneth Axt Painting goes above and beyond in every respect imaginable. While our neighbors had recommended Axt for the quality of their work, we were amazed by the high level of customer service and attention to detail that accompanies the painting. We hired Axt to repair carpentry, pressure wash, and paint our entire house. Our message through their website was immediately returned, and the process began the next morning with a personal visit from the Axt brothers, David and Kenneth. With binoculars to see the upper parts of the house, they spent a few hours looking over our house to provide a thorough estimate including their recommendations for the work to be done. Their visit was followed by a color consultation with Marcie, who was patient in listening to our thoughts and provided expert advice about changing the color of our house. Then the real work began with the carpentry repairs, pressure washing, and painting. The entire crew was incredibly professional and carefully worked on our house. With the work completed, Jeff reviewed the work and pointed out a number of items that we had somehow missed in what we considered to be a meticulous review. If you are looking for your house to have that WOW factor, Kenneth Axt Painting should be your first and only call!

They actually came earlier than estimated and finished in a timely manner. They could be a little more careful of the bleach used to power wash the house as a little got on my grass (about the size of a dinner plate) and it subsequently died. The grass has regrown and recovered at this point.

Interior designer helped to pick colors and the painters did an excellent job. They moved the furniture and replaced it. They were professional and on time every day.They stripped the kitchen walls of wallpaper, skimcoated the walls, and painted them - excellent job.

From the first visit from Kenneth Axt to give us an estimate to the last day of painting, we had a wonderful experience. Kenneth was able to give us an answer on removing the textured painted walls in our kitchen. It was very rough and hard to clean which is not good in a kitchen where there is grease. Other painters did not know how to even approach that area and were slow in giving us an idea how they would paint it. One painter didn't even get back to us about it. Kenneth was very approachable and had answers to our questions right away. The estimate was a little higher than a competitor, but he knew how to handle the kitchen. We also had the added bonus of having a color consultant help with the colors. She was included with the contract. She was so helpful in assisting me in picking out colors. I love how the whole house looks.
When the painters arrived, Jose the crew leader walked through the house so we could point out any concerns. His crew got right to work and were the hardest working guys I've seen. They were very professional. They moved the furniture and made sure to cover everything with plastic. They worked for everyday for close to 8 to 9 hours. The kitchen turned out amazing. We are so pleased at the way it looks. The crew cleaned up every night and replaced all the furniture.
We definitely will recommend Kenneth Axt Painting to all our family and friends. They are excellent!

This is the third time I've used Kenneth W Axt & Associates in the thirty years I've owned this house.  He and his crew do an excellent job.   I've used him to paint both rooms inside the house and the exterior of the house.   I used one other service at one time and was disappointed in the quality of the work.   Mr. Axt never disappoints.   I've always been impressed with the quality of his work and the professional attitude both he and his crews exhibit.   I will use them again soon as the exterior of the home needs to be re-stained soon.

They gave a very detailed estimate which included all necessary exterior carpentry repairs. They did the repairs, pressure washed exterior of house and painted exterior of house, including deck. They did a very good job and there were no surprises on cost.

They were good. They were a little bit expensive, I remember that. Personally I wouldn't use them again, I mean, they were okay but you have to really watch them and point out different things and then they would correct them. I don't think I would use them again.

They did an excellent job on our carpentry and exterior paint job. Yes, they were the most expensive but it was worth it. They took care of every detail and our house looks beautiful!

Kenneth and his brother understood my objectives--get the house ready for sale--and worked with me on what would make the most impact for the best cost. The estimate was received as agreed and clarifications turned around quickly. The crew was excellent--very detailed oriented and very neat. The colors suggested by the interior consultant worked very well; I am sorry that I did not do this sooner and won't have much time to enjoy the outcome. This is the second time that I have used Kenneth Axt painting and the result is the same--great work for a good price; hard to find these days.
