Fencing Service
We hired him on a recommendation from a neighbor who has a similar fence. We also knew he was a "mom & pop" operation. To say that it was an unprofessional experience would be a complete understatement. His crews rarely showed up until mid-afternoon and then worked until sundown. (9:00 pm) They were a pretty unkempt bunch. They got the posts set and disappeared for a few weeks. So long, in fact, that we called our neighbor (that recommended him) to find out if they had alternate numbers. She made a few calls and suddenly someone showed up, however it was not Ken Smith Fencing. Apparently, he decided to sub-contract the rest of the fence to someone else. This guy did work for a few days, and then Ken's crew reappeared and finished the fence. All in all, a very poor experience. In fact, one of the crews scavenged through a pile of debris we had collected to go to the dump.
