Very well! They showed up when expected, finished the job with great results, and kept me informed of progress every step of the way. The home office was very helpful, Paul Jaramillo kept me informed every day of progress and problems...Paul is really good at his job, and the whole project was completed in 3 days.

The work took twice as long as I was quoted. Trash was left in my backyard and front porch for an entire week. I was promised that a dumpster would be put in my driveway to place all of the trash and work materials in but it stayed in my yard for a week. Blowing all over my neighbors yard because it was so windy. Communication between the project manager and the contractor caused this project to take two months. Half the work was done in two weeks the other half was done a month and a half later after I called the CEO of the company and complained about the contractors not showing up when promised. The contractors eventually told us that the manager had paid them yet so that’s why it took them a month and a half to come out and repair what they had remodeled. When I called the manager and told him this he told me they were lying. My bathroom looks like a novice did it. The walls aren’t smooth there’s holes in the walls around the door frame and the tub faucet and shower leaks.

Excellent work! I have hired JMR on at least three previous occasions for painting, wood repair and electric work. They are phenomenal...my go to company for jobs that I don't want to do (or don't know HOW to do.)

I was impressed from the very first phone call with them. The office staff was knowledgeable and professional. They sent out someone to give an estimate within a day or so. That person was also knowledgeable and gave me options on how to approach the repair work, which i compared to another company that gave an estimate. I ended up liking the solutions better from JMR so I hired them.
The person they sent out was very customer-service oriented. He looked at what needed to be done and offered yet another solution that was over and above the ones I was given from the estimator. He showed me pictures and I really liked his solution. We had some rainy weather and he worked the best he could in between the rain. They were very agreeable, kept me in touch the whole time and completed the work as we agreed and I am completely satisfied. Sometimes you call a competent contractor that is the sole person who answers phones, does the work, etc. and say that they'll call you when they can since they're always on the job...This company has a full staff which makes the whole process very efficient. Their website is very informative and when they include a lot of helpful information in their estimates. This company seems to be very established and really knows what they're doing.

Excellent. Very professional and great work quality. The staff at JMR were very responsive and the crew was hard working and very communicative about all the issues. They also offered a 30 day touch-up and a five year warranty on the paint job which is very good. As with any large exterior undertaking, there were several issues on pricing and scope of work that arose as the job progressed. The administrative staff at JMR were immediately responsive to any concerns and we managed to work out all issues to our mutual satisfaction. I gave them a "good" on the pricing point because they came in a little on the higher side of my 4 estimates and one of the issues was a pretty large additional charge for dry rot they found during the job. In their defense, that is probably the razors edge of every job quote because of the prevalence of dry rot in this humid climate. At any rate, we worked out an agreeable amount and we eded up very satisfied with the job and experience.

Terrible. Two painters for 8 hours. They did the trim on 4 door and 5 windows. That's all. When I called they said it was because they spent so much time prepping. No sanding and window/locks painted shut. See pics. Many more available. My suggestion is to avoid this company.

I hired JMR to remodel my kitchen and both bathrooms. List of items completed: -Installed lights -Removed popcorn ceiling texture all throughout house -Refinished cabinets -Removed carpet and installed hardwood floors throughout house -Tiled both bathrooms -Changed layout of kitchen -Demolished wall separating kitchen and dining room/living room -Switched all light switches and receptacles -Painted walls, trim, doors and windows of whole house I was uneasy to have a company make such big changes in the house, but JMR made me feel comfortable through the whole process. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and any questions I had were answered. Everything turned out amazing. The work was done smoothly and the finished result was more then I could ask for. Thanks to JMR, my kitchen is all people can talk about when they come over!!

Job went perfectly well. All of JMR's staff was friendly and helpful, making the whole process very easy. Received several quotes from companies, JMR's price was amazing compared to other professionals. Crew was fast and efficient, no complaints whatsoever there. Would hire again.

JMR was hired for interior painting of ceilings, walls, crown molding, and plantation shutters. Communication with the crew was quite challenging and the crew required a lot supervision. Supervision was required because the crew had no project plan, they weren't consistent with prepping areas, or with completing areas. I repeatedly had to remind them to cover the floors, chandeliers, and to stop using the bathroom sinks for brushes, mixing product, etc. I did set up a hose outside for their use. I escalated the issues to the salesman and the supervisor. When the supervisor came to the job site the crew responded positively but once the supervisor was gone, they reverted back to prior ways. I removed the plantation shutters from the work order as I lost confidence that they could deliver a good result.

JMR was great throughout the whole process!! It was easy to set up an estimate with them, they were very accommodating to my schedule. The estimator who came out to take measurements and pictures was very professional and nice. When I got my estimate later, it was very detailed and explained the process thoroughly. I had also contacted other companies for separate estimates, soI could compare. None of the estimates compared to JMR's and they were definitely competitive in prices. Once I called to get the work done, they made sure that I was well informed on everything and I was comfortable in the whole process. The day that the crew came, the foreman and the crew itself were very courteous and knew what they were doing. The covered all my floors and furniture perfectly and worked in a timely manner. They removed and scrapped off the popcorn ceiling texture first. Then they skimmed and evened out the ceiling perfectly. Finally they primed it and applied one coat of ceiling paint. During this they repaired some drywall and install new light fixtures. After the ceiling was done, they painted my whole basement. The outcome of it was spectacular. The foreman did a walkthrough when they were done and I could not see anything wrong with the job. Even the cleanup of the dust was flawless, as they had their cleaning company come and clean it. I have no complaints whatsoever for JMR and I have definitely been recommending them to my friends and family.

Got to my house at 8:30. I had 2 painters for 8 hours each. At 2:00 they were ready to leave, and I said I have trim paint. The one fellow I had to go behind and point out where he missed painting. Still have to go back and paint some trim around doors.
