+ 0 moreThere was a water damaged joist and square on our roof that a previous contractor (insurance recommended) tried to go right over while replacing our entire roof. I had that company come back three times with no luck on the repatir. My daughter recommended Mr. Ingram, owner of JC Metro. He came out and in one visit repaired the joist by jacking a section of the roof supoort, repaired the square and shingles and fabricated a cricket on the chimney stack that caused the problem in the first place. I was so impressed I decided to have him repace a fiberglass panel roof on our screen porch with a wood and shingle. Again one visit, job complete, no leaks and no cleanup for me.
Description of Work: Repaired a rotted joist and roof square, replaced a roof on screened in porch.

+ -1 moreWe ran out of time with a DYI remodel. Mr Ingram of JC Metro had done some previous roof work for me and mentioned that he would be able to help out on this job if we needed him. I gave him a call and he came out and finished enclosing the new shower, installed the new vanity, tiled the floor and finished all the drywall AND PAINT! This would have taken me months to find the time to finish.
Description of Work: Finish remodel of bathroom.
