Excellent experience. I had never been to the outlet so I didn't realize you only had 24 hours to pick-up furniture. I called J Squared from the store and J Squared was able to pick the sofa up and deliver it to my house the same day! The sofa was delivered in perfect condition and the team was professional and great to work with.
