 + -1 moreHe is very thorough. He is not an alarmist. He is very into his work. He is very familiar with old houses, new construction and more. He gives a great lesson on general home maintenance to first time home buyers. He has been the president of the Atlanta chapter of the National Association of Home Inspectors, which I believe says a lot about his commitment to his profession. I have referred him to over 50 buyer clients in the past few years with a 100 percent satisfaction rate.
