Terribly, it took more than a year and 30 personal man-hours to resolve. We had to "stay on them" and fight for attention and resolution. They will keep deferring you to their subcontractor, even if the issue IS with the subcontractor. They were extremely slow to intervene and be the "adult in the room" regarding this job.

It's under warranty and we haven't had to use it. We made it real easy because my wife and I, we had done our research beforehand, so we knew exactly what we wanted, so we went in there, we were like, we want this refrigerator, this is the model number, this is what we want. We went to Home Depot because we had already checked all the prices between them and others and everything else, so then we're just like OK, we'll just go to Home Depot. We bought a new house and it already had the stove, the oven, even though they weren't the best products, but it is what it is. I'll be replacing them soon.

They do pretty good work. I like that I can take care of the billing online. If I can't figure out how to solve a problem I talk to them. Their prices are wonderful. Their prices are the same as other big box stores normally; sometimes they are higher and sometimes they are lower.
