The plumber arrived on time and immediately started to troubleshoot the water heater. He swapped a few parts and got it working within an hour. I was pleased with the respones and worked performed.

I have used them on more than one occasion. They were referred to me by someone else. The first guy I wasn’t particularly pleased with him. The next technician, I was very satisfied with that technician’s knowledge and work. I had used that technician on another occasion, so I would rate that technician with an “A”.

This plumber was chosen by my home warranty company. My kitchen sink was clogged and I could not clear it myself with a snake. Hers and His Plumbing could only schedule me an appointment the following week. That was fine. The day comes, and they show up an hour late for the appointment. The appointment window was 12:00-4:00! The plumber could not fix the clog with the equipment he had with him, so he said he would come back tomorrow. I call the next day, and the plumber said he was having car trouble and to call the office so they can send someone else out. The office says they can't schedule me for another week! A week later, a different plumber comes out (late again) and he did not have the required equipment either! I took off work and waited around all day for him to show up late without the tools required to fix my problem. The office calls me and has nerve to tell me they can't schedule someone to come out again until the next week!!! I pleaded with them that I have been 2 weeks without a kitchen sink and they said it wouldn't be fair to other customers if they had to push them back to find time for me!!! I thought that one appointment should last until the job is done, but it took 3 appointments (3 weeks) to get the job done. They finally sent a plumber with the right tool on the 3rd appointment. He cleared the clog, but he left a smelly mess. I am an easy going person, and this company had me enraged like I've never been before. The 4 hour appointment windows are terrible, so you have to waste a day waiting for someone who is going to be late anyways. The office did not care about my concerns. The office and the plumbers had awful communication because they could not send a plumber with the correct tools. Do not use this company if you want to stay sane.
