When they got here, I ask if they could do this other stuff too and they said they could, and he looked at it and said he didn’t have all the parts on hand and said  that he’ll come back the the next day and  bring all the parts he need. Then when he came back he did a really wonderful job and it was really great, really outstanding.  The good thing is, he is only charging one service call.  We’ve used them before too and we keep coming back to them again and again.

I think I save money just by having this company come and service and clean my units a couple of times each year because the units that are in my place are older and they're still working. I would have thought they would have up and died by now, but I think the work this company does in terms of maintenance has kept them going and extended their life a bit, so I'm totally pleased with this company.

They were late the very first time they came out. They answered our questions and they seemed friendly, but they just seemed like they did not want to be bothered. We had to have them come back out on three separate occasions to fix the cooling part of the system. Every time we tried to run it, it would freeze up. They assured us that they had it fixed properly the last time. We tried it again and it still froze up yet again. We have tried repeatedly in the last month to contact them, but they do not answer their phones. You have to leave a message and hope they call you back.

We actually build our own house and this was one of the guys that were recommended to us by some neighbors. I was very pleased with their work with the unit. This is a fairly big house and they did just wonderful. The heat works great. Some places are colder than others, but, I believe that is with any house. I have no problems with this company or with hiring them again. I to would recommend them just as my neighbors did.

The door at the heating system is so hard to get back on and will not work if it is not on right. The man showed my husband the best way to put it back on and did a great job explaining things. We were in the process of purchasing the house when the job was done, so the price was included in the total amount we paid for the house.

I am going to have to say that this company did very poorly. The unit leaks through the house and that has sent my bill thought the roof. My bill is so high because of this. There are cracks in the system and they even put duct tape on my walls trying to fix it. It is not very professional if you ask me. I am just very upset and very disappointed with them right now.

We shopped around a lot to try to find the best price and we found this company to be one of the best in that category. They also have a good reputation for quality work. We had a tremendously exceptional experience with this company. I liked the fact that they did call us two times, once the day before to make sure everything was still on for that time frame, and the next morning to let us know they were on their way. These guys were so polite. We had good conversations with them. We were kept informed during the whole entire process. We have had no problems with the system itself or any of the work they did for us.

My builder hired them during construction so I don't know what they charged us. I have not had any troubles with the heating system at all as it works fine. When the builder came back out to inspect everything about a year later the A/C was set to 50 degrees but was not quite coming out at 50 degrees when they held a thermometer up to the vents. Other than that there has been no problems I am overall happy.

Everyone who came to our house to install the new air conditioner and furnace were really nice and explained themselves very well. They were able to install both of the new units in one day. They have worked just fine. They even made sure we knew how to work everything and how often to have the units serviced before they left.

We had only really met with the people from this particular company due to a call back they did a little while after we had moved in. They were very polite and friendly. They just wanted to make sure everything was working properly and that we have had no problems that need addressed. They were really concerned. They were going to have someone come right out if necessary.

I am unhappy with them as there have been problems which I am now forced to call another company in to see if they could solve it. The upstairs never really cools off with the air conditioner nor does the furnace keep it really as warm as it should. I purchased them because they told me that I could shut off the downstairs unit at night and turn the upstairs one on to save energy. They had come out and checked the systems and could not find anything wrong with them. In fact, they told me to run both systems at once to keep the second floor comfortable. They had also said to sleep with the door of the master bedroom open to get heat from downstairs up into my room. They can't find anything wrong at all. We have a new home, everything should be working. The builder hired them so I don't know what they charged us.

PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED NEW HEAT/AC. OWNER/OPERATOR RON HEFFNER IS A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. HE IS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. HE IS WILLING TO PROVIDE SEVERAL ALTERNATIVES TO SOLVE VARIOUS PROBLEMS. HE IS A LONGSTANDING FAVORITE CONTRACTOR OF MINE AND HAS DONE SOME ELECTRICAL WORK FOR ME AS WELL (HE IS LICENSED TO DO WITH THIS). I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH HIM FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS.
