HALY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION

The design phase was a good experience. Daniel, our designer, cared about the project and did good work to get our approval of design. From there it was awful. No communication about when they would be there, although I asked many times to let us know when they would be working. Deck lumber was delivered for wrong size deck. When deck was finally installed (4 weeks after promised) it was a subcontractor of a subcontractor. I had to go over plans with each sub to get what I was promised- & had to argue for the added items I was promised. Irrigation was installed & I think it still leaks, but Haly will not return our phone calls to help. We cannot get Haly to replace dead plants that died within warranty period. The main work was not completed until 4 weeks after promised. Multiple project managers that were uninformed. Stain on deck, arbor, & fence is not done & they won't return phone calls. Threatened us with lien when I wanted to hold back money till staining was done (per contract).
