"Mrs [Member Name Removed], since [Member Information Removed] originally brought this to [Member Information Removed] attention last month we have attempted to understand and [Member Information Removed] your concerns and situation as best we [Member Information Removed]. However, as [Member Information Removed] would not allow us to perform any re-inspection nor any testing of your home (offered free of charge), [Member Information Removed] are asking us to provide [Member Information Removed] full refund by completely relying on [Member Information Removed] 3rd party inspection / testing performed 8+ months after our services. What is most troubling to [Member Information Removed] is that the new inspection report [Member Information Removed] shared [Member Information Removed] us, indicates your property was found to have new water leaks / moisture issues - which is outside of our control and creates significant potential for new mold growth. Despite all of this it's very upsetting to [Member Information Removed] that [Member Information Removed] did not have [Member Information Removed] positive experience - this is of course the opposite of the work and customer experience we strive to provide. Our feedback and reviews way more often than not, support [Member Information Removed] positive result we strive for. However, [Member Information Removed] feel it's important and fair to state the steps and results we have on record for this service follow [Member Information Removed] process that aims to perform quality work and results following IICRC / S520 standards, plus the application of our enzyme-based fungicide to treat your property for the areas initially agreed upon. This was followed by an internal post remediation verification sample collection, in 5 areas of your home + [Member Information Removed] control sample then analyzed by an independent laboratory - which indicated NO elevated levels of airborne mold in the areas tested upon the completion of our work. Unfortunately, from this point forward, until your email to [Member Information Removed] was unaware of any issues. Despite this [Member Information Removed] still hope we [Member Information Removed] work together to attempt to mend this issue and restore your faith in our company, and would still like to provide [Member Information Removed] Free Mold & Moisture Assessment + Mold Testing your home at no charge.
