****AGENTS AND BUYERS BEWARE**** THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I hired Mary Golden (Golden Touch Cleaning, LLC) based out of Woodstock GA. My first warning should have been that they only use Venmo/Cash App for payment. When she got to the home, she called me angry, because there was food in the refrigerator, which I was unaware of. I paid an additional $100 just to clean that out. A total of $550 for a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home. She sent pictures of her work, thinking that I would not be able to check the home before the new buyers took possession of the home.. GET VIDEOS!!! The pictures turned out to be completely staged and erroneous. I've attached the actual videos of the job she performed. She stated she didn't respond because she "broke her arm in my garage" which was lie, as my neighbor saw her leaving the premises. If you look at other reviews, she makes the same false claims that she was sick, etc. When asked to refund the money or make right, she was completely rude to both myself and my agent. To do right by the new buyers, I had to hire a whole new crew to come in behind her. When I made her aware of my intention to post reviews, she stated she would "sue me for slander". I've also attached text messages from Mary - note phone number is same as site. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. You will definitely regret the decision.
