+ -1 moreThey were very good and prompt in terms of coming out. I used them last year and called them to come out again to service my air conditioner. They were pretty fast but the part they happened to get was defective but did come out the next day with a functional part. Overall, very prompt and efficient but it did take 3 days to complete the start to finish process.
