 + -1 moreI have been carrying around their card ever since they did work for me. I spent about $500 on the job. It was their set fee. My computer had failed. Later, even the external hard drive had failed. The computer technician I was using earlier recommended these people to me. They saved all the files. I would highly recommend them. I had someone ask me about a camera card that had got corrupted and I recommended these people to that person. I am not sure if they do camera cards or not. I don?t think they could have done anything better than they did. At the time when I went to pick everything up, they told me that when they were pulling off the files from the hard drive, it was physically crumbling. They were able to get the files off without damage. They got just about everything and they got the specific ones that I needed. It really amazed me. They answered all my questions. They had booked me in and they were able to finish the work in three days. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Forensic Strategy Services LLC for computer service, five years ago. They saved files off of a crumbling external hard drive.
