+ -1 moreThese guys were very professional. They gave us a very competitive quote and also were able to move fast. The crew finished tear off and replacement of the roof in just two days, much faster than I saw crews doing neighbor's homes. The next week the gutters were done and that went quick as well. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Replaced entire roof with architectural shingles. Also, replaced all of the gutters and down spouts.

+ -1 moreEd and his crew plus subcontractors did an excellent job. The kitchen is put together right and looks and functions great. Ed is more picky than even we were. There were items that I thought were acceptable that he didn't like an did these items over. He did the work on time and for the price quoted. There were a few items that I asked for as the job progressed and he simply got them done. He isn't pushy but if you aren't sure about some of the elements of the job he has a great eye and can be an invaluable resource to achieve the end result you are looking for. I've had him back for other jobs and wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Remodeled kitchen. New cabinets, countertops, moved coat closet, electrical, plumbing, etc.

+ -1 moreChallenges we had was once he committed to doing something it was always kind of slow. In general he did not do what he said he would do. Always an excuse. WORSE was work he performed for the 3500 has to be redone and he refuses to take responsibility: 1. he replaced all locks and deadbolts in home: 11. I had purchased from locksmith so they were all keyed alike. He was to provide a key to real estate agent, send one to me and keep one so he would always have access. HE LOST THE KEYS!! When it was time for new tenant to move in; he got another locksmith to replace the locks and tries to charge me 250.00 to replace the locks when he lost the key. 2. He sponsored/subbed an AC motor replacement; it just stopped working and he refuses to honor a warranty 8 months later. The p*** says I owe him for the locks if you can believe that.!! 3. The front porch, where he had to re-support the columns which he did last year now needs same repair again.. It is bad enough being a remote landlord, but with guy like this STAY FAR AWAY!!
Description of Work: Ed Johnston of Fast Eddies provides a service to landlords anf provide full range of carpentry roof plumbing windows, electrical HVAC etc. SOme of the work they perform themselves or sub out but claim to provide turnkey services. Eddie was recommended by friends and often does not answer phone right away because he does most of work himself. There was a long list of items that needed attentions that added up to over 10,000 . We decided to break it down to immidiate issues and then phased repairs. Eddie appears very professional but always slow in responding.
