Excellent work, consulted with me all the way on changes that would benefit me, like more vents, capping around the edges. Very prompt in their work, cleaned up around the job site, did what they said they were going to do. Went out of their way to take care of landscaping not to disturb any of the plants and shrubs.

The job was done professionally and on time. I came home and the job was almost done. My daughter didn't like all the hammering on the roof but I guess that comes with the job. The workers came early, went to work and did a great job.

They knocked it out while I was at work and we have had no problems with it. I am going to connect the downspouts to 4 inch pipes and send water to side of yard.

Called Fast Eddie's, got an estimate, then proceeded with the work since it was our best estimate.  The roof was completed in a timely manner, the work was well done with no problems.  We will use Fast Eddie's again for our primary home and our cabin in north Georgia.  Thanks.

Really well. They started and finished the same day. We were not inconvenied at all.

These guys were very professional. They gave us a very competitive quote and also were able to move fast. The crew finished tear off and replacement of the roof in just two days, much faster than I saw crews doing neighbor's homes. The next week the gutters were done and that went quick as well. I would definitely use them again.

Ed and his crew plus subcontractors did an excellent job. The kitchen is put together right and looks and functions great. Ed is more picky than even we were. There were items that I thought were acceptable that he didn't like an did these items over. He did the work on time and for the price quoted. There were a few items that I asked for as the job progressed and he simply got them done. He isn't pushy but if you aren't sure about some of the elements of the job he has a great eye and can be an invaluable resource to achieve the end result you are looking for.
I've had him back for other jobs and wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them.

Challenges we had was once he committed to doing something it was always kind of slow.
In general he did not do what he said he would do. Always an excuse.
WORSE was work he performed for the 3500 has to be redone and he refuses to take responsibility:
1.
he replaced all locks and deadbolts in home: 11. I had purchased from
locksmith so they were all keyed alike. He was to provide a key to real
estate agent, send one to me and keep one so he would always have
access.
      HE LOST THE KEYS!!  When it was time for new tenant to
move in; he got another locksmith to replace the locks and tries to
charge me 250.00 to replace the locks when he lost the key.
2. He
sponsored/subbed an AC motor replacement; it just stopped working and he
refuses to honor a warranty 8 months later. The p*** says I owe him for
the locks if you can believe that.!!
3. The front porch, where he had to re-support the columns which he did last year now needs same repair again..
It is bad enough being a remote landlord, but with guy like this STAY FAR AWAY!!
