Terribly. Ken was 45 minutes later than scheduled. When he arrived, he was dismissive, disrespectful and unprofessional towards my wife. He took apart our drawer only to say he needed to go back and do some research, didn't fix it. Ended up charging us $60 to suggest changing the water filter. We will never use this company again.

Showed up on time. Had to order a part. Fixed the dryer the next day. Perfect.

Ken came out the same day I phoned and was at my home at the earliest time given. He repaired my refrigerator in less than 30 minutes. Another Angie's List company came out last year and tried replacing 2 parts and after that didn't work I was told it would be cheaper to purchase a new refrigerator. My refrigerator is only 4 years old. East Cobb Appliance has made my life much easier by repairing my home refrigerator so that I did not have to go up and down stairs continually to my old one in the garage. Thank you so much.Great!

He found the problem - it was a gift card that had been left in a pocket and stuck in the mechanical part of the dryer. :-( Fail on our part, but he was fast finding the problem!

Ken arrived as scheduled and was finally able to remove the filter and put in a new filter that we had. He said to wait at least 24-48 hours to see if the ice maker would work, as he would have to replace it if not. The ice maker is working great now. We appreciate your work. Thanks.

Ken was prompt. pinpointed the problems quickly, and fixed each appliance.

Mr. Wiley is a contractor for a home warranty company, so the service was covered under the home warranty. He was the 2nd vendor out. The first spent 2 hours looking for the problem, and could not find it, then gave up. Mr. Wiley knew exactly what he was doing, went right to the issue, trouble shot the issue and was there about 30 minutes, mostly disassembling and reassembling the oven/microwave combo. He ordered what he thought the right part was, and returned about a week later to fix the unit successfully. I would use Mr. Wiley again in a second.

We called Absolute Appliance Repair in the morning at around 8 am to explain the problem with our refrigerator/freezer, and by noon that same day, the repairman was there to look into the problem. He quickly identified the problem, went to his truck to get the appropriate part, replaced the part, used a small fan that we had to help cool the compressor and had everything up and running again within an hour. He applied the Angie's list discount and we paid the bill. When we pointed out that he had failed to give us the Senior discount, rather than re-running the card as a credit, he just gave us the cash represented the discount he had missed. Excellent service and we would use them again.

Ken is very affordable and prompt. The prices are exactly what he initially quoted. He needed an additional part to complete the job, and he came back the next day exactly when he said he would to complete the repair. Our dryer works excellent.
