Actual tree service was fine but crew damaged other landscape during work, including demolishing a privacy fence that I let them get away with since I am replacing the fence soon anyway - but depite their commitment to make it right, they now will not return phone calls or text messages (yet came by to take the equipment they left behind and was nice enough to let them know they left it behind and set it out for them). Based on not upholding their commitment, I give them 1 star.

I needed a large dead tree removed from my back yard and some trimming of other trees. The owner walked the property with me and explained why some trees did not need cutting down and others appear to be healthy. The men who came to perform the work were professional and did a good job.

I feel like I got a great deal, I don't feel cheated. I have had trees remove from this yard before at a higher cost. The workers were polite and respectful. I have pets and they were good to them. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
