They were very easy to deal with and they did a great job installing the carpet. The only problem we had was there was a language barrier with the installers. We have no complaints about the work, though.

The time table was kept. The salesman, Richard, came to the house when he said and measured the rooms and quoted the job. He advised the customary practices of the installers and that seemed to hold up. We did a lot of preparation for their coming, removing dishes, knick-knacks, all the books from all the bookshelves, breakables of all sorts, so their work was to move the big, bulky things and they did that swiftly. There was squeak abatement that I wanted done that was difficult to perform. The crew didn't want to put in screws to stop squeaks, they left it to me and didn't seem too willing to allow me to do it. No support for that essential activity but it was completed by me with deck screws and portable (battery) screw driver. The price for the carpet seemed fair but no greatly discounted deal. I can live with that, a win-win.
