I felt to be in great hands working with everyone from DSapone. I was even able to just send in pictures to receive an estimate. When i had questions i was responded to quickly with clear answers. Then the technician or artist as they call themselves was very passionate and took great pride in his work. He said his daily goal is to go over and beyond expectations and he did just that, He is a true artist. I was just amazed at the overall look and experience with the job. 

James is a perfectionist and does the quality of work that I expect and appreciate.  I took 2 days to complete but he left no stone unturned to do a good job.  He made sure the work area was clean and tidy when he finished and made sure we were satisfied before we paid the fist dime.  From the time I book the service with Kathy, who is delightful, to the entire quality job by James, we were very satisfied with having selected D'Sapone for our shower project.

During my discussion with the principal last week I was advised ATLANTA Tile and Grout was no longer in the business of building and installing Shower Enclosures and they were unable to fix our enclosure and provide the WARRANTY as outlined in their contract. They offered to send out another individual to attempt to repair the unit but we declined as they advised this individual was in the process of setting up a shower enclosure business. This individual did not have a business license and was uninsured. We advised we would contact a licensed and insured glass company to complete the repairs. We have since had the unit inspected by another Angie's List approved vendor. This vendor identified a number of deficiencies with the unit and installation and were unwilling to complete the repairs

We have requested additional information concerning the vendor Atlanta Grout is offering to send out to attempt repair. We have requested the business name, license, insurance and references. We will do the same research on this business as we did on ATLANTA Grout prior to allowing the business to repair.

I have a large white-tiled shower that after about 10 years was showing mold and mildew.  I had Atlanta Grout & Tile as well as another company give estimates to clean, seal, etc.  Atlanta Grout & Tile came in lower AND they had the best reviews, so I went with them.   James, the technician, came out and spent an entire day painstakingly restoring the shower.  The results are that it really does look like a new shower.  My only concern was that the top of the shower - where the tile meets the painted ceiling - could use some new caulking; that is not included and it's something I'll need to get done separately.  Otherwise, the quality is top notch and I highly recommend them.

Everything went great. Looks better than I expected. Wonderful company to work with. Highly recommend.

We had a water leak that effected our tile in our shower.  He told us what he was going to do.  He was pretty creative with a couple of designs in the shower itself.  It added a touch of improvement to the job that wasn't there.

James Sanger did a phenomenal job on my son's tiled shower, and it now looks new again!  James was punctual, respectful, and very professional, and it is very obvious that he takes tremendous pride in his work.  James spent two full days transforming my son's shower into something that I would be proud to showcase in a magazine.  I highly recommend the exemplary cleaning process that Atlanta Grout & Tile Care provides, and the outstanding knowledge and services of  James Sanger, Technician.

Simply Fantastic. Atlanta Grout and Tile Care did a fantastic job, exceeding my expectations. I'm a picky customer, informed homeowner and this company ranks as one of the best I have contracted with in Atlanta. The person who quoted the job did the work also, and was very professional and helpful. The work is malicious and they left no area untouched. I would absolutely recommend Atlanta Grout and Tile Care, you will not be disappointed. In fact, I was so impressed I called the owner personally to commend their service and delivery. Finally, this company uses an online ordering system which added to ease of doing business, they have their game together.

It took about ten days and the workmanship was excellent.  I should have done it years ago.

He was professional and explained the process very well. He kept the area clean while he was working and the job was done on time and within the estimate he gave us. We will use them for our other two showers in a couple of months.

They did a great job.  They are very nice.  The price was reasonable which was the same price as they charged 5 years ago.

The shower looks like new again and the work has lasted for the past year.  It would've been very helpful if the person completing the work would've told us to remove everything from our counter in the bathroom. We only had them work on the shower so I didn't think they needed to go anywhere near our personal items.   He used the sink that had our personal items, including our toothbrushes, near it which did not please me at all.  There was a separate sink in the bathroom that could've been used.  I also don't like being forced to purchase the Valor cleaner before I need it.  This company has decided how much you should use over a specific period of time and therefore they decide when you have to purchase more in order to keep your five year warranty in effect.  I have unopened bottles but I'm forced to continue to buy more.  We're adults and we've paid for the service to be completed in our homes.  I should be able to buy it as needed - not forced to purchase on their schedule in order to maintain the warranty.  Provide the warranty and products and allow clients to purchase them as needed and honor the warranty.

workmanship was great! we had a slight problem with scheduling - we were told one date and then told we were incorrect and the team would arrive a week later.

Mic was great professional and friendly the work was done in about 4hrs and it looked like a brand new shower.  He took the time to explain the whole process and how to maintain it he was even very patient with my new puppy who stood guard over him now and then.  The office staff are also the best!!! Friendly and professional
