Dave Jones and Concept Flooring did an outstanding job. They provided us with a workable schedule and started and completed the work as planned. There were no surprises and the workmanship was top level.

The project went extremely well. From the estimate to completion, everything went well. A rep came to my house and she explained options and made the selection of carpet relatively painless. Dave was in charge of the project and he communicated regularly with me before, during and after the project. Carlos and Pedro were the installers who worked incessantly and were always making sure I was pleased with the quality of the project. The house was left clean. Dave reached out to me after the project to make sure my wife and I were completely satisfied. I would recommend without hesitation

Great, even though not the lowest estimate, I felt this company was the most professional and responsive. I also felt there were no hidden cost with them, all cost were given up front. It was a seamless experience with everything on schedule. An issue came up during the installation (no fault of the installers) and my salesperson contacted me before continuing and gave me a price adjustment before further work was done. I could not be happier with the results.

It all went very well with the exception that the installer was over an hour late. I was very pleased with the carpet and the manner in which they worked. They were very attentive to all details and left the house in perfect condition. The salesperson was also most attentive to detail and making sure the job was done to satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company.

Jennifer was an absolute gem. She brought out samples for us to view in our home which although pretty standard in that industry she made multiple trips to make sure we had our "perfect" carpet. We were going to be out of town that weekend and wanted the carpet installed while we were out of the house, and even though we made our final selection on Thursday they sent a special van to Dalton to pick up our choice. Installation and clean up was completed with us coming home to our beautiful new Master Bedroom. Would totally use again and recommend them to our friends and family. Concept Flooring was great to work with. They will bring samples out to your home so you can get an idea of how the flooring will flow with your decor or you can go to their showroom in Woodstock where they have a vast selection of flooring to choose from. We had them bring samples but also ended up visiting the showroom to see carpet samples and make our final selection. Concept Flooring was also willing to work within our schedule as both my husband and I have long work hours and weekdays are more difficult for us to work around unless we take time off. We decided to do the project over the labor day weekend. The crew showed up on time, were very professional and were great at making sure the job was complete to our satisfaction. As this was a very large job with the removal of tile and carpet then replacing the 2 levels with hardwood we thought it would certainly take 3 to 4 days. They had the job complete in 2.5 days. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Concept Flooring. I would recommend them to anyone looking to install any type of flooring. You will be in great hands.

The salesman was professional and good at helping us select the right carpet for our job, and he was quick about the price quote.  The workmen were careful, worked quickly and they did a great job.  The price was reasonable and the carpet looks great!

It was a great experience! We worked with Jim, and he was the best. From our initial contact to completion, it could not have been a better experience. We changed the scope of work a couple of times and he worked with us every step of the way. We were out of town when the work was being done and he sent us progress pictures. We returned from our trip to find all of the furniture back in place and to beautiful new floors. He also followed up to make sure we were happy and to see if there was anything else we needed. And this was on a weekend! So impressed with this company, and Jim Welsh, from beginning to end.

I have been doing business with Concept Flooring for over 15 years on my personal homes and for my customers. The company has never let me done always attentive to the customers needs  and comforts, with great professionalism as the process can be stressful when your home is disrupted. Schedules are made and followed. The pricing has always be competitive and the quality has been more than  excellent. I have never been disappointed.

I believe every installation will have some minor problems. We did have a few items that needed fixed. This company promptly fixed all of our concerns.

They did a great job. Worked and communicated well with both me and the men that worked with them. They were timely and cleaned up after themselves.

From measuring for the estimate to final installation, it was smooth sailing! I had everything out of the two rooms so that all they had to do is come in and move furniture. They were quick, punctual, professional, and very efficient. Hard words were actually delivered the week before so they could be climatized prior to installation.

The job required that all furniture had to be removed so that sanding of the floors could be done.  Concept Flooring provided and coordinated all of the crews so that the installation could be done.  From start to finish every different crew required preformed their job with punctuality, professionalism and courtesy above and beyond what we could ask for. Job began on time, met with us to assure they were giving us what we needed, and finished right on schedule.  Dave met with us to make sure we were satisfied with the results before his crew moved the furniture back into the house.   

My situation was a bit harried because certain family members were coming to move into our basement within a week's time. Despite the crunch, Dave and his staff were more than willing to do what they could to accommodate us.

 With any home building, remodeling, or finishing project the order of operations is imperative. We, ourselves, acted primarily as the general contractors for this job and had to align all the contractors to come in and install plumbing, electrical, etc. The gentleman who came out to the house and laid down the vinyl worked diligently and in some cases had to work around issues that should have been handled after his portion of the project was completed. We were very appreciative for his time and skill.

Following the install, Dave came out to the house to inspect the job and make sure we were satisfied.

Concept Flooring is a very reliable company and I have now used them for 2 big projects. I would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring solutions.

My only cautionary word is for Buyers to make sure you are aware if the product you're ordering is considered a "Special Order" or not. There was an unexpected charge that came with my vinyl selection because it needed to be shipped from another state. I wish I had known that ahead of time. That cost was passed on to me.
