CHEM-DRY A-PLUS CARPET CLEANING

The carpet was installed a long time ago.  I don't think it had ever been cleaned and had stains from kids spilling soda etc. but it was a very good quality carpet and was supposed to release any stains.  The man came to look at the carpet and told me he had a special machine that would remove the stains if regular cleaning didn't work.  When he came back to do the actual cleaning, he had forgotten to bring the "special machine".  He was also very late.  The stains didn't come out and I had to call him back.  Again, he was very late.  He worked on the stains but when the carpet dried the had come back.  Since he had forgotten the "special machine" the first time, I didn't think he would charge me for the second trip but he did.

I appreciated the fact that they wore covering over their shoes so they didn't track in dirt. They drove a nice van and they were professional. The carpets really didn't take that long at all to dry maybe about 4 hours. They were completely dry by the next morning.

I was able to get an appointment in about one week. They were able to get out all the stains in the chair. They were very friendly and drove a nice van. The price was a little high but they did what I wanted them to do.

THEY WERE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE PUT CLEANER ON MY BUFFET AND WOOD FLOORS. HE DIDN'T GET MY COUCH CLEANED ON THE FIRST GO ROUND. HE HAD TO RE-DO IT A NUMBER OF TIMES.
