CertaPro Painters® of Alpharetta

I will only use Certapro of Alpharetta for my painting projects! I have used Certapro for many painting projects-house painting, deck staining, etc. Before I found Certapro, I used many other painting companies over my almost thirty years in Atlanta. Certapro is by far the best painting company in Atlanta! They are friendly, efficient, considerate, meticulous, careful, thorough, responsible, skilled, and more. Randy K, Brian, Sergio, the office staff---everyone in the entire company goes above and beyond my expectations every single time! The project manager stopped by to check on the crew during the project, without me asking or having any issues, and he was so friendly and answered all of my questions. I am always amazed at how detail-oriented the painting crews are and how quickly, carefully, and completely each job is done. The skill of everyone on every painting crew is evident in the outstanding work that they do. They never leave a mess behind and the job is always perfect.

Certa-Pro did a FANTASTIC job. The house looks great. Their attention to detail was second to none! The prep work of power washing, scraping, caulking and repairs was very thorough and we were very pleased to see this without having to point any areas out. Julian was the leader of our crew and they cleaned up the work site each evening and let us know they were finished for the day. He would also let us know what time they would be back the next morning. The crew was very punctual and professional. Julian spoke/understood English clearly so there was no language barrier for communication and questions. Certa-Pro also re-stained our deck. Again, the work was outstanding. They prepped and sanded every rough edge down so the finished surface looks brand new. I highly recommend the Certa-Pro team of Randy Kulamer and Julian, our crew lead. They were excellent with communication, scheduling and pricing.

We had a house settling issue that caused one of the walls in our living room to bow out. I was nervous about getting it fixed because of the unknown behind that bowed out sheetrock. I called in Certa because they said they should be able to fix it if it was just cosmetic. They came out to give me a quote and my wife kept adding rooms to be painted. Certa ended up quoting the following: Repair and paint living room Repair and paint living room ceiling Paint master bedroom ceiling Paint master bedroom Remove wall paper and paint master bath Remove wall paper and paint kitchen Fix and paint master closet ceiling To do all of this myself would have taken about a month. Certa was done in 4 days. They moved all the furniture, covered everything, and then put everything back. Julian and his crew were great to work with. We slowed them down in the bathroom a bit as we decided late to remove the ceramic towel holders. That required extra patching and drying time. They were very flexible with our schedule and did an excellent job. We are very happy customers and will use Certa again.

I don't think Certa Pro typically does this type of work anymore as I believe the ownership has changed, but I had gotten an estimate on the work 6 months ago and never acted on it. Now when I was ready to hire, the salesman was still willing to work with me on my project because he had quoted me before. I got estimates from at least 6 companies and along with that came a variety of opinions and expertise on how my repair should be handled. Certa Pro was very reasonable and willing to work with me to just repair what needed repairing rather than tearing everything off the chimney and replacing it all. The salesman had first hand knowledge as he used to do the workmanship himself, so I really appreciated his opinion and knowledge. Everything was professional from beginning to end, the work crew was great, and follow up has been good. I have a small post-work issue, but that is being handled as well. They seem to care that the project is completed as specified and the customer is happy.

Randy and the painters were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time and put in a full days work. Each day I walked through and identified any areas that I had questions about. The few items that I identified were corrected right away. They did an excellent job painting the inside of our house. I would definitely recommend and hire again.

The company owner, Randy Kulamer, showed up on time to provide an estimate of the work. He also made himself available from start to finish for questions and project changes. He was very flexible on renegotiating the cost of any changes we made. Justin and his crew were extremely professional on getting the complete job done. We are very pleased with the quality and professionalism of every aspect of the job.
