I used Castleberry last year to put plantation shutters on my bedroom and closet windows.  I was so pleased that I called again to have them do the windows on my first floor.  Johnny returned my call within 24hrs and made an appointment to come measure and give me an estimate.  The price was very comparable to others on line and I got a discount for being an Angie's list member. Johnny told me it would be at least 8 weeks.  It was actually 9, but worth the wait.  The installers were prompt and very professional.  They found one spot that wasn't perfect (I wouldn't have noticed it) and made an appt. to come back with a part and fix it.  The shutters are exactly what I wanted and give the house a new look.  I left one upstairs window off because I didn't think you could see it from the outside and didn't want to spend the money.  I'll probably have them come back and do that window eventually.  I highly recommend this company.

If I higher recommendation were possible, I'd give it. These guys absolutely bent over backwards for us. They did custom painted wood plantation shutters throughout my entire home. The estimate came in lower than, or equal to, other bids using the fake material. Plus, their work is guaranteed for life. When installation time came, they did the entire job and we saw that the color was off by just a little bit. The owner came out and agreed, it wasn't right. He re-did the entire job, quickly and at no cost to us! I was just amazed at that level of customer focus. Highly, highly recommend!

Very professional.  Owner came by to take measurements and provide on-site estimate.  Once proposal was accepted, scheduling work for a date in the future was not a problem.  Installation done at the exact date and time agreed upon a few weeks earlier on 14 windows and one door.  Installation completed in one afternoon.  Everything about this work was very professional, neat, and timely.  Would highly recommend.

The technicians who installed the shutters were very pleasant once we got over the fact that they didn't want to take off their shoes in my house... I give them a "C" for personality but the finished product is EXCELLENT!! My wife and I love the shutters and they look great in and outside the house. Several of my neighbors gave me compliments just from looking at my house from the road. Very expensive but worth it!

Tim Castleberry came to our home and measured for ten (10) new white Plantation Shutters.  We received a quote on the day of the measurements and signed a contract.  Tim stated the shutters would be ready for installation on a certain date and some three days before the scheduled date, we received a call that the shutters were ready for installation.  Several days later they arrived at our home and within one and one-half hours our Plantation Shutters were installed.  GREAT JOB!!  They look beauthful and we are very proud that we used Castleberry Shutters.

I called for an appointment for pricing and a few days later Tim Castleberry arrived on time with samples and photos.  He measured the windows and provided the full cost.  He said production would take about five weeks, which it did.  Gary and two other installers arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally.  No mess was left behind and the shutters look beautiful.   
Everyone we dealt with was friendly from the first phone call through the installation.  There is a lifetime warranty on the shutters.

Communication error when my husband texted/spoke w/ one of the brothers who forgot to relay the message regarding paint trim color change.

All of them look great. Changed the appearance of the house both inside and outside, reduced cost of air conditioning and I hope, heating bills. It took awhile for them to install, approximately 4-6 weeks, but they are made on their property and the customize the color of the blinds to your trim. They guarantee repairs to the blinds if needed.

From every step of the way Castleberry shutters has been very prompt courteous and professional. I had 6 windows measured for custom shutters. About a month later someone from castleberry shutters returned to my home to install the shutters. They look amazing. We love them.

I received an appointment on the same day that I called for an estimate.  The owner, Tim, was in the area and came by that afternoon.  I already knew what I wanted because I had plantation shutters in my prior home.  Tim was very personable and knowledgeable.  I did get one more estimate from another vendor on Angie's list.  I like him and his product as well - so I had to base it on price alone.  Castleberry was $100 less.  The installation was perfect.  Very professional and punctual.  I absolutely LOVE my shutters!

Castleberry Shutters Inc is an old company in Atlanta. They are good company and came when they said they would.

We asked one of our neighbors who installed her plantation shutters because they were so visibly beautiful from the outside and she indicated Castleberry Shutters. When I saw they were on Angie's List we called and to our surprise and delight Tim Castleberry arrived 15 minutes after we called to take measurements for wood plantation shutters in our living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The shutters were installed three weeks later and the price was very reasonable considering the high quality of the shutters. The color match was perfect and the installers were professional and considerate. I have already recommended them to family and plan to have them install shutters in the remainder of our home in the near future.
