CARPET DRY-TECH

The rugs are beautiful and odor free.  The wrinkles are barely discernible and they smell great.  The deodorization was more involved than they anticipated but they went through the extra cleanings to do the job right at no extra charge. They picked up the rugs and cleaned them at their shop, returned them and rolled them out.  They were solicitous and considerate and offered advice to help keep the wrinkles out in the future.  We very, very, strongly recommend these folks.

Initally the technician was sure the job was simple, but some of the stains were problematic. The next day I had a large stain where there was only a small one before. The technician came back immediately and took care of the problem. All the stains weren't removed - but the unit was definitely cleaner.

The person that came out and did the cleaning explained what exactly he was doing and what we needed to do if we had pet stains in the future. He picked up the area rug and they were supposed to deliver it on Monday but they brought it back early. The price was a little high. He arrived late but he did call me and told me that he was going to be late.

The guys arrived and did a whole house walk through. Explained what they were about to do and costs first. They even offered suggestions on some additional items I didn't think could be fixed. They were clean, on-time, and professional. Totally unlike the rest of these companies in the area, and I have tried them all. They treated each soil area differently and as a result stains from years ago were removed. I have 4 pets, and I thought I had no choice, but to replace my carpet and spend over $6k. These came in and really did a work-over on my carpets. They spent a great deal of time on the details and getting the job done right. 3 hours later I almost new looking carpets. I found this company via a referral and was hesitant to try them because their referrals sounded too good. But I'm glad I did and thankful for not having to replace my carpets. I continue to use them every other month due to my 4 pets and volume of heavy traffic.
