I dropped the car off mid-morning provided an inspection and price within an hour. I agreed to the price and car was ready in two hours.

I had lost my job, two months before, paying anything extra was a bit much, but I went ahead and paid my Carchex extended warranty and tried to feel good about driving my 2001 Ford Ranger around without having to worry about major repairs. Well one Saturday night in July, me and my 14 year old son, were driving over to buy hamburgers, when a very loud strange sound started coming from the left front wheel.
I decided to turn around and slowly (20 mph) drive it to the nearest repair shop. I pulled into Cand T, filled out the overnight envelope and dropped it in the box. Me and my son walked home, from the location arriving home about 30 or so minutes later. I told my wife what happed and she looked at me with the eyes every man hates to see.
The next morning and quot;Peteand quot; called. He explained what was going on with the car, and mentioned that as they were pulling the car into the bay, the and quot;left tireand quot; fell completely off!!! I can only imagine how that would have impacted my little family if we were driving on the highway. I gave Pete the and quot;Carchexand quot; warranty information, he followed up and called to tell me that they were not going to cover any of the repairs. I called and they said in spite of me hearing that it was bumper to bumper, my particular plan did not cover that! I started to explain to the and quot;repand quot; that I was under the impression I purchased a bumper to bumper warranty, the and quot;repand quot; gave me a and quot;salesand quot; number and after a long call with the director of sales, I have to wait a day to see if they will honor what I heard the sales rep say about covering everyting.
In the mean while Peter, was still cool and calm, and the next day when I asked him to move forward with the repairs, he told me Friday was the earliest he could get a certain part. Since it was Tuesday, I didn't like what I heard, but the fact that he was honest even during an uncomfortable time for me the client (Finding out my expensive warranty may not cover any repairs) I thought that very and quot;cooland quot;
I am confident that this whole process will go very well, just from what I have read from the earlier posting here about C and T Auto Service. This is the kind of confidence I need especially after dealing with a warranty company, who seems to be doing less than stellar business.
These guys know what they are doing, are fair about the prices, act very cool under stress, and are kind hearted. I will start taking all of my cars to this shop for repairs!

called the day before to see if they could work it in and they said they would. I was late getting it there but they still said they'd get to it that day. The truck was hesitating and thats why I brought it in......they called a hour later and said it needed a full tune up (it was definately way over due for one). they seem to have fixed the problem, worked with me to let me pay over the phone and pick the truck up after hours. The only thing that will make me consider taking it somewhere else was the labor charges . . . .I am by no means an expert but they seemed a little high

Always ready when he says it will be and the repairs are done right the first time. Pete and his guys take a little additional time but they make sure you don't have to come back.

I think that they are very helpful and very upfront on the prices. They are much cheaper than any other, bigger chain. I called other shops and no one came close to the price or the service these guys gave me.
