Bonnies Cleaning Services

I never right reviews, but Bonnie had such horrible customer service, I have to share. I purchased the Deep Basic cleaning service to clean a 2 bedroom apartment at the Heights at Towne Lake Apartment complex. I also added on shampoo service for the two bedrooms only for $50 more. The day of service, Bonnie calls me and says she couldn't do the shampooing because they didn't have a rental available. I needed it done on Friday because I was expecting furniture that Saturday. She later told me that it would be $20 extra to do it on Friday because that's what they would charger her extra to have it then. WHAT?! Not my problem. She should have eaten that extra cost. Not my fault she didn't rent it earlier! I told her to just do it Saturday morning (which she ended up not being able to accomplish either). She ended up coming over Friday night because I told her I was not satisfied with the service her cleaning ladies provided. Here is what was missing: - Top of refrigerator was not wiped down at all - Top of end tables (glass) not windexed (W**?) - Bath mats were all bunched up in middle of bathroom - No furniture was moved to sweep and mop the floor in the back of the couch or TV stand - Closets weren't vacuumed completely - Stove top wasn't cleaned thoroughly - Kitchen sink had left over soap scum that wasn't rinsed out thoroughly - Porch wasn't swept off All this was included and when Bonnie came over Friday night, she agreed that this wasn't done to her liking either. She came in though as if coming over was a burden. When I told her that I was disappointed in the way she handled the shampooing issue, she told me that the carpets didn't NEED shampooing and that it would be a waste of money! I was floored. I told her it didn't matter what she thinks...It's what I (the customer) want! I couldn't believe it. Then she went on to tell me how she just wanted to be done with it. Her attitude was the worst. To say the least, I will never be using her services again, and you shouldn't either!
