Your car will be returned to you on time, looking like new in the area we have repaired, and leaving behind no signs of repair work (unless otherwise specifically agreed). In the uncommon event that we fail to meet this standard , we will provide you with free shuttle and/or loaner car if needed. We strive to give an extraordinarily high level of courtesy and convenience to our clients. We stand behind everything we do. We guarantee that our parts, paint, and workmanship will perform like a brand-new vehicle would. Our office maintains a good working relationship with every major insurer in the area. However, insurance is a for-profit business. Sometimes there is a conflict of interest between restoring your vehicle to pre-accident condition and keeping costs down for the insurer. We will professionally and proactively negotiate on your behalf for everything necessary to make you 100% whole.

They advised me of the best day to bring the car in and started work that day; which reduced the amount of time we were without the car. They also texted me with regular updates on the status of the repair. David and his team use state-of-the-art equipment in their repair work. They are professionals at what they do and are also very nice people to deal with. When we picked up the car we did notice a small issue, but it was addressed immediately to our complete satisfaction. The car looks as good as it did before the accident and they warrant the work. We would definitely recommend Auto Image Collision for your auto body repair needs.

The gave us a prompt estimate that turned out to be the low bidder in the area. We left the car with them for two days and they did all the metal work, paint prep and paint and returned the car to us in like new condition. The paint color match is perfect and we are very satisfied.

They did good work at a fair price. They were good. They were very accommodating, friendly and open. They told me what needed to be done. I told them that I was going to get other estimates. I thought that they gave a good job at a good price.

Working with Auto Image was all around a great experience! The owner went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with the parts and repairs that were going to be made. Their receptionist called and checked in almost every day and let me know how things were going, if they said they were going to call they did. They were extremely accountable AND the repair was awesome. They matched my pearl paint to a and quot;Tand quot; (which can be very difficult), and you cannot even tell they painted/replaced the rear bumper. Although you never want to have the need for a auto body repair shop, I would DEFINITELY use them again!

They took about 20-30 minutes to order the part and match the paint color when I first came in. I made an appointment to come back and have the mirror attached once it came in, which took a little longer. Overall, I was very satisfied with the cost and function. Can't tell that anything ever happened.

Don't let the crews' youth put you off. Dave and his crew at Auto Image worked very hard to secure all the parts, perform the work on our schedule (with some give and take given the nature of the work), and made good the few minor issues that came up. Our wonderful Suburban is ready now for another 10 years or so of comfortable and good lookin' family hauling and trailer pulling. We will use Auto Image again given the need.
