Fixed the Torquemaster tension system instead of replacing it as 2 other companies came, they confirm that we need replacement to a torsion system by looking while Bryan tested it out before confirming. Bryan was knowledgable and he manage to fixed it rather than changing the whole system. Honest person and would definitely recommend him to others in the future!

We called Atlas Garage Door and spoke to Bryan. He quoted the job based on the description of the problem, which I really like. His quote came couple of hundred less than another company I got a call from through HD. His quote included all parts (springs, cable, S hook, the pulley) and labor. He was available the next day and showed up on time. He took of replacing all the springs and for good measure fixed a crack at the bottom of my door. There was some noise (from the old doors) and he lubricated the doors and even replaced one of the rollers that was very squeaky at no extra cost. Extremely professional, courteous and through. I will definitely recommend and continue to use for future needs.

It was amazing!  I called Monday morning, not expecting to have an appointment until Tuesday or Wednesday.  He came out that afternoon, repaired the garage door and my Dad had him do work for him.  Very professional and nice!  Will use him again.

I called early in the morning and they came to my house late the same day. The service professional and as quoted during earlier conversation. He went above a basic service call.

We got him by word of mouth and we were totally thrilled! He quoted us a price and it stayed that price. He totally replaced it and it looks brand new. He also did it to coincide with the painters for the house which was a big plus. I would give him an A+ if I could!

MY GARAGE DOOR FAILED TO LIFT AT 6:00PM ON A THURSDAY EVENING. I WENT TO ANGIE'S LIST, FOUND ATLAS WHO WAS IN MY AREA. CALLED AT 6:30PM, LEFT MESSAGE ON VOICE MAIL. WITHIN 10 MINUTES BRYAN ROWLAND RETURNED MY CALL. I EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM; HE PROMISED TO BE OUT THE NEXT MORNING AROUND 9:30AM. THE NEXT MORNING BRYAN CALLED AROUND 9:00AM TO SAY THAT HE WAS RUNNING A LITTLE LATE, BUT WOULD BE HERE BY 10:00AM. BEFORE 10:00AM BRYAN ARRIVED, INSPECTED THE GARAGE DOOR, MADE A DETERMINATION THAT THE SPRING DID NEED TO BE REPLACED. HE HAD THE REPLACEMENT PART ON HIS TRUCK. THE JOB TOOK LESS THAN 1 HOUR; HE ALSO LUBRICATED ALL HINGES AND ROLLERS. BRYAN WAS VERY PERSONABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. I FOUND OUT DURING OUR CONVERSATION THAT MINE WAS THE ONLY JOB HE HAD TO DO THAT DAY WHICH WAS GOOD BECAUSE HIS DAUGHTER WAS GRADUATING HIGH SCOOL. I THINK BRYAN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND; I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE.

Charles from Garage Door Repair was sub-contracted to do this job. He was friendly, prompt and professional. I used a Money Mailer coupon for a $200 discount on a double steel garage door. Charles did an excellent job, balancing and aligning the new door so that there were no gaps and it operated smoothly. I receive upgraded rollers on the installation, a common practice with this company. Charles helpfully advised us on the maintenance and care of the new door and springs. I would recommend using this company.

Excellent service, extremely fair. No waiting - Atlas answered my evening call immediately and then came right out to my home to fix the problem and at no additional cost.

Real honest nice man. Instead of telling me to buy an expensive door, he told me to get the one from home depot and he just charged for the installation; timely and inexpensive, also real knowledgeable, highly recommended!

Terrific experience with this vendor. He arrived at the appointed time and went to work. Within a few hours the replacement door was installed and fully functional with our old automatic opener.
