So far it has been going well. the technician is knowledgeable, respectful and he shows up on time. His name is Zane and he is very friendly, he also teaches you and picks your brain about what bugs I see on a day to day basis. I get better services for less money with this company than I did with the other company I was using.

We had a number of service people come out before before the issue was solve. My contract, with them, was up. They had not sent me a bill or explained that the original contract had expired. . They came out, did an inspection, and offered me a new annual plan at $1500.00

They come on a quarterly basis and then if I have a problem they come and take care of it. They did my old house as well. Overall they are great.

I am satisfied with them. They are good.

They come out about every three months.  It took them awhile to understand what day we wanted them to do it on every three months.  I had to tell them what I did like and didn't like.  We couldn't figure out where the sugar ants were coming from.  He came out and used a straw with some sweet stuff in a straw and he said that it would take the stuff back to the nest and would kill the nest.  I had never seen anything like it before.

They are a very good company. This is the first company I have had to treat my house and I have not seen any bugs. I did not think the technician who comes out could do it, but he did. He also treated my backyard for flies when I had an outside party and I had people mention that they did not see one fly.

We have never had a problem. We have been happy with their services. If we ever see any pests they will come out and spray as a part of our contract, which we appreciate.

I’m very pleased with them. What I really like about them is that if you see any bugs in between visits they will come back and treat again at no extra costs.

I've used their services for twenty years, and I've been really satisfied with them. Their prices and quality of their work are excellent. I give them an A for everything.

I have not had an issue since they originally treated the property.  I am very happy with their service.

They are very efficient.  They are very punctual and conscientious.  I have not had any problems with them.

They were recommended to me by a friend. Some of the gates, that were installed, are not fully secured.

They are always on time and they do their job and we are content with them.   For what we get, I would say that the price is an "A".  We will continue to use them in the future. 

I am very happy with them.  They are very good about calling me in advance and asking permission to come.  The people are real professional.  They explain what they have done; they give it to me in writing and make new suggestions.  The price was comparable.  There are no termites in my house.  I see their truck all the time here as a lot of people use them.  If for any reason I have to call them, they are right on it.  They have always showed up when they said they were going to and have always called in advance.  They call me the night before or at least one day before.  They ask me if they can come on a certain day at a certain time and that is when they come.  They are uniformed, they come in very nice trucks and their equipment is good and state-of-the-art.  They update the home owners with information that they would need.  So besides just giving the service, they also try to keep their customers informed.  I feel that is very professional.

They are good and I’ve been using them for a long time. I would rate them high across the board and I would continue to use them in the future.

They did a good job here, and are coming back to do a feeder job for me.

They did the work with no hassle and no fuss. We have this guy, his name is Andrew. He is incredible. He goes around, turns stuff over, and searches through little cracks and crevices. I like them so much that I pay a year ahead.

I have a yearly contact with them. I have used them for 30 years. They leave a notice when they stop by. They come out quarterly. They have a great deal. You do not have to be home for them to check the pots.

They are effective.  They do a very good job.  They are responsive.
