First, I had no major issues to start with and things stayed the same through the two years I had them.  They were not able to get rid of the stink bugs in the attic, but they were never a big deal.
I have two issues with Arrow that will prevent me from using them in the future.
1. I travel a lot and we had trouble scheduling appointments.  They would continue to call even when I said they would need to wait for me to call and schedule an appointment.  Sometimes they would call five or six times a day.
2. In December, an Arrow employee came to the door and she didn't answer it because she was home alone.  He walked around to the back of the house and started looking through windows.  I did not have a scheduled appointment and was told that he was trying to find someone so he could schedule when they cam back.

It was a very hard particular situation and he just did it within a couple of hours. We we're very pleased with the end of the work. He didn't seemed to have any problems with it, he did several things and he didn't have any problems with any of it. He did an excellent job,. He came promptly and he's very very pleasant.

The Arrow Exterminator worker arrived in the specified two hour appointment window and started his work in the interior of the house.  He began in the attic, then did the second floor, followed by the first floor and then the basement, garage and exterior.  Before entering our home, the worker put on booties to protect our floors from anything that might be on his work boots.  He questioned us about any pests we had been seeing and eased our minds about which pests were of concern and which pests were more a nuisance than anything to worry about.  He answered all our questions about the products he was using which we were particularly interested in since we have 2 indoor only cats.  We had already questioned the office personnel we had spoken to on the phone and had received some information from them via e-mail about the products they used.  The worker also explained why they apply the product where they apply it.  He paid close attention to the areas of concerns we had, including the kitchen where we had seen small "sugar" ants.  Because we were due for our annual termite inspection he also performed that at the time he did the pest control application.  The office personnel had made sure to schedule a worker who was certified to do both saving us from having to have multiple appointments. When setting up the pest control services, we asked Arrow if they would consider reducing the cost of the pest control services since we were already termite control customers.  We pay $250/year for the termite work.  They did discount the cost of the pest control services.  They offered to reduce the cost a further 5% if we were willing to pay for the entire year at once.  We had been discussing paying on a quarterly basis.  These two discounts dropped the price from $85/quarter to $76/quarter or $304/year.  They did accept a credit card for the payment. Although we hope not to have to use it, they offer a service where they will return between quarterly application appointments if any issues of pests arise.n

I was having a bad issue with little ants in my house.  The Tech searched all around my house until he found 2 big ant nests.  He sprayed those nests down really good.  After about 2 weeks I noticed a few more ants again in the kitchen, I called and they came back out and sprayed again outside.  I have had no problem with those ants since.

Professional and prompt

The technician is very professional and courteous. They don't charge if they need to come back. They seem very dependable and we like the,. We actually signed a yearly contract with them for termite and pest control. 

Good.  No insect issues.

No problems. Even came out to home on one day notice for ants in pantry, not on quarterly scheduled appointment,.

Worst customer service! They said they sat in my drive way for 15 min but they never knocked or rang the door bell...when I tried to call and turn them around the dispatcher said she tried to call the person twice and text him and no response him. I think he left in a huff and wasn't going to come back...was I supposed to have the door open waiting on him. The manager could not have been less helpful and wasn't willing to do anything but have us reschedule which seemed ridiculous since the guy just left!  
I'm home with other repair people and contractors coming so I was listening for the door. We really needed help with ants and are now looking again for someone to help. Woodstock, Ga people go somewhere else, these people don't want to help.

The price is good. The quality, punctuality, and professionalism is great. I would use them again in the future.

I have used them for more than ten years.  They come and do the interior and exterior twice a year.  They ask me questions and find out my concerns and are very thorough.  They are very conscientious company and always use slippers when they come through my home.  I will continue to use Arrow Exterminators.

Overall, Arrow Exterminators has been a good service provider for us. Our original "bug guy," Bob Buono (of Arrow) was spectacular. Not only was he knowledgeable and friendly, he routinely went out of his way to deliver "A+" service. We always felt as though Bob was truly taking care of our family as if we were his own. Bob took care of our interior and our exterior mosquito treatment for a couple of years.

Recently, Bob was transferred, and our current "bug guy" (also with Arrow) does a fine job. He's prompt, quick and fairly thorough. We've commented that if Bob hadn't set the bar so high, we would likely be more enthusiastic about our new guy than we are. All in all, we are fairly satisfied, although we did have some pests that took longer than I would have liked to get rid of.

After Bob's transfer, we had two service men instead of one; one for interior and one for mosquitos, I did need to deal with the office manager at one point based on an unsatisfactory mosquito treatment. He was courteous and professional and vowed to make it right. One of the things he did agree to do was to make sure that we had one service provider again, so the same person would treat our interior and do our mosquito treatment. 

He did not follow through on this commitment immediately, but did clear things up after two more visits and reminders.

Since Bob was moved, our overall experience has gone from "Exceptional! Stellar! Fantastic!" to "meh...they do a good job most of the time."

I would use Arrow again, but I no longer feel compelled to proactively recommend them to my friends.

They are great. I like them because they have a full replacement policy for replacement and repair. They are really good and I have no problems with them.

After a mix-up with scheduling for the first appointment (I don't have any confidence in their receptionist, Ginger), the manager of the Woodstock location called, apologized for the confusion and personally re-scheduled us for 10/10/11.  Our technician, Clint, arrived on-time and after chatting for a minute or two about what we needed, he told me what he was going to do and began treating the outside of our home.  (We have 2 cats, so I wanted to verify that the solution they used would not cause any problems for them.)  Clint was friendly and professional and I was pleased with his work.  Our initial treatment on this date was free due to the original mix-up, but since we had a good experience with Clint, we will use Arrow again for our quarterly treatments.  Arrow should be thankful they have Clint on their staff.

They are extremely professional.  They are always on time and occasionally early.  They are never late.  They always call while they are on their way which is a nice courtesy especially when they are early.  They are really knowledgeable.  I don’t know what kind of training they go through, but they know about all sorts of things like the pest control and handyman stuff.  The guy saw a spider and told me exactly what kind of spider it was and things like that.  They are knowledgeable even beyond anything that they can do about it.  Their handyman service is excellent and one can rely on it to be exactly what they propose in the estimate and not to cut corners.  Sometimes they do a little extra if they see that it needs to be done while they are working, but one wouldn’t have even asked them for it.  Their wild life service is good.  They got rid of my problems.  I keep them under contract and in case I get a new problem, I call them.  Their pricing for the handyman service is probably a little bit more when compared to the other estimates, but it’s worth it.  Their price is an A because I’m assured of the quality.  I would continue to use them in the future.                       

We have a contract with them and we have had good service.  We are with them full time now for whole house termite control.  They have been very professional.  They have helped us before when we had squirrels in the attic.  Their price is competitive.  They were here within an hour when we called them.
