I have two issues with Arrow that will prevent me from using them in the future.
1. I travel a lot and we had trouble scheduling appointments. They would continue to call even when I said they would need to wait for me to call and schedule an appointment. Sometimes they would call five or six times a day.
2. In December, an Arrow employee came to the door and she didn't answer it because she was home alone. He walked around to the back of the house and started looking through windows. I did not have a scheduled appointment and was told that he was trying to find someone so he could schedule when they cam back.

I'm home with other repair people and contractors coming so I was listening for the door. We really needed help with ants and are now looking again for someone to help. Woodstock, Ga people go somewhere else, these people don't want to help.

Recently, Bob was transferred, and our current "bug guy" (also with Arrow) does a fine job. He's prompt, quick and fairly thorough. We've commented that if Bob hadn't set the bar so high, we would likely be more enthusiastic about our new guy than we are. All in all, we are fairly satisfied, although we did have some pests that took longer than I would have liked to get rid of.
After Bob's transfer, we had two service men instead of one; one for interior and one for mosquitos, I did need to deal with the office manager at one point based on an unsatisfactory mosquito treatment. He was courteous and professional and vowed to make it right. One of the things he did agree to do was to make sure that we had one service provider again, so the same person would treat our interior and do our mosquito treatment.
He did not follow through on this commitment immediately, but did clear things up after two more visits and reminders.
Since Bob was moved, our overall experience has gone from "Exceptional! Stellar! Fantastic!" to "meh...they do a good job most of the time."
I would use Arrow again, but I no longer feel compelled to proactively recommend them to my friends.
