ANIMAL HOSPITAL OF TOWNE LAKE

This place is great. We moved to the area in Jan. 2016 and started taking a rescue puppy there for a follow up. We have gone to them for the puppy twice once for a wasp sting and another time for a stomach issue. Most recently we took our other dog for a recurring ear infection she started getting this year. Each time they have been very thorough and answered all questions we have had. They do more than the vet we were previously using. I feel that we learn something new every time we go that will contribute to us being a better dog owner. I would definitely recommend them to other pet owners.

I called with a same day appointment, they fit right into there schedule. I arrived on time and they took me right back to a room. The nurse was very friendly and the doctor got down on the floor to play with my dog. They were very nice and told me what medicine to get OTC to take care of my dog. They even called me the next day to check up on my pup. Thank you!!

I like them because they are very considerate considering she is 15 years old. They know her and they did a beautiful job. Their prices are the same prices as most everywhere; they are not any higher than anyone else. They were excellent and I will absolutely use them again.

Our dog has been boarded there for a week or more for a few different times and he has always come out happy and healthy. You can pay for extras like a luxury suite, outdoor walks, and peanut butter parties. It is very good. I like 99% of it, all of it. They are very friendly and it seems like each one of them loves your animals. they play, scratch, and talk to your animals the whole time.

We've used Animal Hospital of Towne Lake to take care of our puppy, Ziva. We took her there for her initial healthy visit through being spayed. We also take her there for her regular grooming. All of the Vets, Techs and Groomers are very friendly and very willing to answer all our questions. They all act in a very competent, professional and carrying manner. I have no hesitation leaving Ziva in their care.

We have been very pleased and highly recommend them.

Animal Hospital Of Towne Lake are wonderful and they take very good care of my 2 cats. They do grooming and yearly check ups. They will take in pets that people will no longer keep and they charge for shots but they do a good job at placing animals. My cat is 21 and I can do anything for him. They have payment plans and things of that nature. They show so much care and love to the animals from the technicians to the people upfront. Most of the doctors have their own pets too. They are very honest about everything as well.

Our 15 year old cat developed an abscess on her ear along with an ear infection. She was lethargic, not eating or drinking, and obviously in pain. We took her to The Cat Clinic of Woodstock which is a part of the Animal Hospital of Towne Lake. Because of her age the doctor asked to run blood tests to make sure our cat would come through surgery well. The surgery went well and we were able to pick up our cat that afternoon. Dr. Nunn preformed the blood tests and operations; she kept in contact with us and was very professional, compassionate and thorough. When we picked up our cat the staff was terrific in making sure that we understood the instructions and that all our questions were answered. Every individual we met at the clinic obviously loved the animals and were kind and patient. We will definitely make the Cat Clinic and Animal Hospital our vet.

They do a good job and they are reliable, courteous and friendly. The pricing is okay. I guess whenever you start using a service a lot you start thinking it’s expensive. It's a good recommendation but I wouldn’t say it's a glowing one. They do it fine.
