Water Leak & Pipe Locating Service: Standard Residential Charges: $150.00 Minimum (no electronics used to locate leak. Toilet tank leak, yard faucet left on, etc..). TRAVEL CHARGES: $35 for over 35 miles. EMERGENCY SERVICE CHARGE: After 6'pm and weekend additional 25%. Commercial Charges: Add 25% to standard charges. Over 40 years combined leak locating experience.

"Sorry, I do not have you in my database, a lot of customers call several leak detection companies. The similarity in names, can be confusing. All Leak Detection, American Leak Detection, etc.... I personally, do not remember this address or recognize the name. Sorry for your bad experience."
"After almost two hours of trying to locate the leak. Homeowner was told that we cannot find it. Just like your time or your plumbers time, we have to paid for our effort. As someone's that's been in the plumbing field for 40 years, not all plumbers run pipes the same as the next plumber. Acoustic leak detection is listening for the leak. It is not xray vision, when you presented an invoice, it had been reduced by $100.00 for the service. If someone else came behind us and found it quickly, it is because the ground around the leak through pressurizing the leak finally loosened up enough to start making noise to hear the leak. Meaning we possibly gave up minutes too soon."
