Poorly! The window work and door repair were completed. The chimney woodwork was incomplete with material left lasting in the yard, leaning on the fence, roof gutters were removed and left on the ground, work ladder has been leaning against the house since November 2024. The house pressure washing and roof tile replacement were never started

Paid Charlie a check for $1625 on 9/26/24 for work to begin "No Later Than" the week of 10/7/24. On 10/14/24 no work was started and it was promised to begin by weeks end. On 10/15/24 Charlie could not confirm a start date so I requested to cancel the job because no supplies were purchased and no start date was given. He acknowledged my request and promised a full refund within 30 days. To date, no refund has be provided and he no longer takes my calls.

Do not trust this company!!! Charlie, the owner, is untrustworthy. I have to sue the company just to get thousands of dollars back for work not done. They have finance issues and will take advantage of anyone who prepays for work. Charlie, is a smooth talker, but he is very dishonest. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Doors Repair
They did ok installing door knobs and 2 security doors...but on one of the doors, they drilled at it really badly to get the latch to catch and it never would. Also, the area looks horrible with all those multiple mangled drill holes.. They left it unrepaired with an and oh well...it is the door and it is frame and fault. So, that security door was not able to be locked. Another handy man that came through just to paint interior of my home fixed the door problem in 5 minutes. It now locks easily.

I hired them after the storm, Helene came through. A tree fell on my fence. They responded immediately. They took care of the fallen tree for which I paid them up front. So when they were ready ( I thought) to repair the fence, I paid them up front for this service as well. I have yet to have my fence repaired but they took my $1680.00. I have asked on several occasions to return my money and have gotten nothing but excuses. I am preparing my next steps. Please do not use this company. I definitely do not recommend unless you have money to give away... I do not...

Charlie responded immediately once I put my request into Angies List. Charlie arrived the next day and made his assessment. I asked if he could get it done that day, he said yes. His carpenter, Jeremy arrived within 2 hours. Jeremy is knowledgeable, professional, and customer focused. Jeremy did outstanding work and completed the job a few hours later. I will using this company for future work around the house. They do great work!

Do not hire this company. They are more than excited to take your money and not follow through with the work. I made the horrible mistake of paying off the voice before all the work was completed. I was promised the work was going to be completed that day and thought i would save them a trip. After two months of basically being ignored they have simply disappeared.

Window Frame Repair Service
Mr. Charles seems like a nice guy but gave me the run around. He asked for $650 upfront. Hesitant, I sent the money and still 30 days later, he has not ordered my windows. When I questioned him about it, he said he would send Ethic over to measure my windows again. Sept 26, he told me that he found the windows. That was a lie. I had to keep calling him abdche never called me to update me. He just took my money. Today 11/7, I requested my money back. He said ok, but then gave me a story that the corporation is in NY and they would mail me a check. Mind you, I Zellled him the money. I asked why he could not Zelle me back. Another run around story. I looked his business up with the secretary of state and he is not registered. I just want my money back. AAA Handyman Service needs to make this right. Btw... his guy never showed up today to re-measure, he told me that Ethic said he measured when he never did.

And ordered the wrong windows. you then requested that we order them, and as a special sized window, it has taken longer than expected. We do not manufacture the windows and have to order them just as you did. You have requested a refund, and we have agreed to it. Please understand that we do not control product delivery from suppliers and must adhere to their delivery practices. You attempted to order them and had the same result. Yet you place the blame on us. I apologize for the inconvenience."
