I served as the Chief Building Official for a local government for 22 years. I am recently retired and I am available to ensure your peace of mind with home inspections. My inspection reports are in a narrative format. My inspections address all requirements of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated regulating home inspectors in Georgia The code citation is found at O.C.G.A. 8-3-330 (Official Code of Georgia Annotated)

He was very professional and got my appraisal done within a couple of days. I had my inspection report the very next day with pictures and explained everything that he could find very well.
