Mr Price is the most amazing man.He came the same day I called, late in the afternoon just to give me a quote on a new well. He gave me a quote - very reasonable to drill a new well, then asked to see the old one. He opened it up , said I did have water and all I needed was a pressure tank ! He said he normally didn,'t work on the type of well I had but that he would do it right then and there. He fixed my well and now I have water! He was reasonable and so very kind. He went out of his way to take care of me. I am 71 disabled and live alone, I would have lost my home because of no water. Mr Price saved my home. You can trust him , he is honest and will never cheat or lie to you. A previous plumber said I had no water the bill with that person would have made me mortgage my house that plumber lied to me, Mr Price took care of me for 10% of the other persons quote.

Awesome !! Showed up and on time within 24 hours. They came WITH all the equipment with them and were DONE within 2+ hours! Even Removed and disposed of ALL of the "old" junk !! Great job guys!! These brothers are hard workers and do what they say and are paid for. Even gave them a LARGE tip to show our appreciation!

The Price brothers came out the day after I called them, which was great because I was starting to experience periods of no water at all! My well is over 400' deep with has lots of granite sediment and my existing pump was over 8 years old, so I wasn't really surprised it needed maintenance at this point. When you are experiencing water problems, you really need somebody to depend on and I think I have found them! The Price brothers came out the day after I called and were very thorough, efficient, and professional. They replaced my old pump, wiring, controls, and pretty much everything else that was needed, including the connections to my whole-house filter (which had been installed by somebody else), so I would be able to change the filter without first going into the house to switch the pump off. The whole project was such a large job that it was well into the evening before they finished, but I never felt that they were rushing to get it done quickly. When they had finished, my water pressure was better than it had ever been since the well was initially drilled 16 years before. A few weeks later, I had some questions about installing a new water filter (since they had modified the connections), and they were nice enough to come back to my house and reinforce the filter bracket assembly (that had been done by someone else), and literally teach me (a senior citizen!) how to change the filter myself so I don't need to call a handyman to do it! They didn't charge anything extra for this visit, even though it wasn't due to any faulty work on their part. I really appreciated it! These days, it's hard to find people who can work on wells and pumps and I'm so pleased to have found Price Brothers. The 5 year parts/1 year labor warranties help, and so did the 5% Angie's List discount!

After having an unfulfilling service call with a plumber a couple of weeks ago, someone recommended maybe I should call a well company instead.  I reached Brian on Thursday morning, and he came out that afternoon to assess our situation with low water pressure.  He said that there was a leak in our well pressure tank, which was at least 15 years old.  That had caused the pressure switch to fail, and so forth.  Explained it all thoroughly.  He replaced the pressure switch for me then, and added air pressure to the tank, so we'd be okay for the night, then arranged to come back Friday morning to replace the rest of the components.  In addition, he recommended adding a valve to the pump outside, to extend the life of all the new components.  I should be set for a while now, no well issues expected.  Thanks again to Brian and his brother.

I spoke to Brian on Thanksgiving day regarding the issue with the pump.   He was great and said he would be out the next morning around 9am.   True to his word,  He was out and looked at the well.   They had another project to finish but returned in the afternoon and worked on it,  ensuring it was working correctly.  It was quick, professional, and explained everything that was going on. 
  I would absolutely recommend Price Bros to anyone who needs to have their well worked on. 

Turned on the faucet and not a drop came out. Just nothing.

I called about 830AM and they were here by 10AM (it's a ways). They determined pretty immediately what the problem was and proved it by jury-rigging it and the water flowed quickly. We had talked, however, about everything except the pump head in the ground and the pipe being 25+ years old. So we discussed fixing just the one part versus replacing everything. I decided to have it all ripped out and replaced. They had it all done and were leaving by noon.

I felt the price was reasonable and they just so obviously knew what they were doing. Both brothers were nice guys; not necessary really but it helps. I do believe I have better water pressure than I ever have had before.

I have found my well company should I ever need one again.

This was a very complex job.  We are getting older and don't want to have to crawl under the house or go way out to the street to shut off the water.  They also installed two new shutoff valves as part of the system to meet our requirements,  They found a provider for a well cover which does the job.  They worked patiently and met changing requirements as we refined the need better as the job progressed.  We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend them to anyone for installing a new well or fixing up an old well which is what they did for us.  Importantly, they have designed a system so we will have water which we can manually pump up if it ever becomes necessary and that system goes into the house just like the normal well water does when connected.

Our well was separated from the house in an unheated building. In January when the weather was below freezing, several pipes by the well froze and burst. We were only visiting the house and not living there full time and discovered this on a weekend in late January. We set up an appointment with Price Brothers for 8:30 on the morning of 3/3 when we were next going to be onsite. It was raining a little but by 11:30 we had not heard a word from them.We called and they finally came about 12:30. They checked out the pump and said it had burned out and needed to be replaced. I had to remove part of the building roof to give them access and they said the would be back. I was done within 20 minutes but they didn't come back until 5:00. They put us as their first appointment for the next day. They arrived on time and we were very happy with their work. The communication on 3/3 was the major problem we had.

It was a terrible experience.
First of all I had to beg them to come the week they said they would. They told me the week before "for sure Monday". On Monday they cancelled.  They said it was supposed to rain the whole week.  I said it was sunny at my house and not a lot of rain had been in on the weekend. I had other people coming to do work after they were finished so I was depending on their word to do the work so could keep the schedule with the other crews. They were afraid their truck would get stuck on my lawn.  I told them the lawn was fine since it we didn't get much rain and it was Ok for them to drive on the grass.  He threatened to charge me for a wrecker if his truck got stuck in my yard.  I assured him it was OK but not to go against his instincts.  He agreed to come  on Tues between 8 and 9 am.  At 9:20a on Tues I text him wondering if they were still coming and he text they would be there in an hour. So they showed up at 10:30a.
They do their work and cut a hole in my well shed roof like they told me they would when they did the estimate ($100 estimate).  At the estimate they said it would be $1800-$2200. (I told him at the estimate that the price seemed so high but decided to do it if they could do it soon and hoped it was at the low end of the estimate).
When they finished the work with the truck they pulled the truck out straight up a small but steep part of a hill and put huge divots in my yard instead of pulling forward 20 feet and going up the hill on the flatter side to protect my yard.  I was shocked when I saw him do it since I helped him clear stuff away from the front of the truck minutes before. I felt like it was vindictive, like he was angry that I begged them to come over and wanted to prove a point that the lawn was wet.
I tried to fix the divots in my yard with a sledge hammer as they were finishing to no avail.  I was so upset feeling that he purposely screwed up my yard.
Then they hand me the bill $2750 (plus the $100 for the estimate). I was shocked but he said that was the cost of everything they used plus labor. I asked about the big hole they left in my roof and he said "We don't do roofs".
It cost me another $600 to get the roof fixed a few days later to protect all the electric and everything inside the shed from rain since the big hole was right over the electric. 
I am very sad to say I was totally disappointed and felt violated.  I assume the work they did was fine since they are several generations in the well business. They wrote their name and phone number huge across my new tank with a laundry marker to add salt to the wound!

Went well.  It took a while to get him out but it was not an emergency so that was not a big problem.

They did an excellent job.  We haven’t had any work done in a long time and they were very thorough.  The price was very competitive and so we were very pleased.  They were a family group and they seemed to be very knowledgeable.  They got the work done right away.

They were extremely courteous and professional and prompt. I can't recommend them enough.

Checked with a few well drilling companies, decided to use Price Bros. because Brian seemed to be much more professional than his competitors.  When we originally had  a problem with the well, Brian went out of his way to come by and check it out for us, and told me what to do to get the well back going temporarily , which I very much appreciated. He was there for probably a half hour, and would not let me pay him for his trouble,  That played a part in my decision to use him as well.  He and his employees were very professional, and did a very thorough professional job. We have plenty of clean , cold water now !  Thanks !

Mr. Price helped me with a well at a newly purchased property, which I had no information or history for.  He identified the electrical problem and replaced the parts quickly, instead of just pulling the pump and costing me a bundle.  He also provided me with suggestions for taking care of my first well, and referred some other service providers for filtering and plumbing if I needed them.  He was friendly and well equipped to do the work.  He has many years of experience and is a 3rd generation well man.  Pricing was reasonable and the advice was free.
