Todd Cowan came to home home on May 15, 2019 to relocate my outside water spicket. His quality of work, friendliness and professionalism was outstanding. I also spoke with Tommy on the phone concerning some additional work that I needed and he also exhibited extreme professionalism and kindness. I have nothing but high praise for this company and their employees.

I am very happy with Jones & Jones Plumbing. Tommy was very pleasant to work with, on time and great pricing. Tommy very quickly diagnosed the problem with my leaking shower and scheduled to have the pan rebuilt and tiled with a new drain. He was very quick to answer any and all questions and explaining the situation so I could understand. The mess was very minimal after the tiling and he made sure I was happy before collecting payment. I will definitely use them again & highly recommend!

This company is awesome! They were on time for the job, very professional and courteous. Tommy was very detailed with his quote and completed the job without any surprises. They ran gas piping to the stove and gas piping to the dryer. We were very pleased with EVERYTHING. The next day after the job was done they even came back to light the pilot to the water heater after it accidentally went out. I give them 5 STARS!!!!!!! It's hard to find a business that performs like this. Can you say CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

They did great work, left if cleaner than they came. customer service was good and they kept in communication when they were arriving and how far away they were.

Jones & Jones Plumbing, LLC, conveniently fit us into their schedule after another customer cancelled on the same day. Mr. Jones arrived as scheduled with Apprentice, Mr. Daniels and immediately assessed the project, (replacement and installation for a Pfister kitchen faucet) which was completed neatly and expediently. Mr. Jones provided additional information for faucet maintenance and was professional and trade efficient in his expertise. Pricing was reasonable and compared to the project.
