Dixon's Septic and Plumbing

Excellent service... prompt, professional, and friendly! They performed work quickly and with as little disturbance to the landscape as possible. I couldn't have been more pleased and I highly recommend Dixon's!

I think they are the best company Angie's List has all together. They are affordable reasonable. Go out of their way if something goes wrong. They are really fantastic. They are a perfect 10 no matter how you rate. They make you happy without any worry. Down home, mechanically inclined, keeping the customers happy.

called Dixon's septic for an appt.  scheduled for 1/11/17 at 9:30am.  At 9:00 Mr Dixon called to say he was running late and it would be around 10am.  Loved that he called!  He arrived with pump truck and tractor.  He had already consulted our local building permit records dept to get a drawing of the location of the septic tank.  Within a few minutes of arriving the tank was located and the digging began.  Because the tank was very very low/deep in the ground and required a lot of digging, Mr Dixon suggested he add a riser (?) that would fit on top of tank opening then the existing cap would fit right over it.  Easy access for next time...we are required by our water and sewer department to have this service done every 5 years.

The crew was pleasant, talked to my husband and I about exactly what they were doing and answered all my wifey questions.They returned all the dirt that was removed and left the area almost exactly like they found it.  I say almost, because we had a stacked stone wall and a fountain installed exactly on top of the septic tank opening!...Didn't know its location as we are not original homeowners and never thought to ask!

Mr. Dixon knew exactly what my county water dept required in paperwork in order to satisfy the requirement I mentioned previously.  What a relief to have this done!

I never write these posts...unless I receive bad service but I decided to do this for a small business owner that I really enjoyed (septic tank...enjoy?) doing business with.

He was great at what he did. He knew what he was doing and has been doing it forever. He was there when he said he'd be there, put everything back together where it should be including the sod, and on the money. He went over and above.

They came out quickly, gave me lots of good information, and had my tank pumped very quickly.

Everything went well.  The crew came out with equipment, dug up old pipe, replaced it covered up everything well.

He was able found the problem right away. He is very reasonable on price. He did extra, necessary adjustments to the bathroom sink at no extra charge. I would highly recommend him to others.

Great! Mr. Dixon called the day before and delivered the backhoe and trailer. Friday AM they were here at 7:30 AM and ready to go. Work was completed by the end of the day.

They did a very good job.

They did a fantastic job.  The price was reasonable.  There was a lot of digging involved and they contained it as well as they could.  Once they were finished, they covered up the trenches well.
