Lynn came to do a widening of my driveway on both side. He dug everything out and drove through my yard with the skid steer, making 2 large ruts and destroying the grass. I asked him twice about repairing the damaged area and he said that he would. The concrete part of the job was completed and was good. He told me that he was finished and was ready to be paid. I inspected the work and he had done nothing about the large ruts and damaged areas. He also said that he was not going to backfill the area that he had dug out unless I was willing to pay extra. We had an argument about the unfinished work and he said that he was a landscaper and he was not going to fix the area unless I paid more. I refused to pay him until he made the repairs to my yard and completed the backfill around the driveway. See attached pictures

The works seems fine but the quoting process was flawed IMO. The quote/measurements were written by hand on a notebook. I was happy with the total number he gave me. He started the demo and thought he was done but he had the wrong square footage. The area we discussed during the quoting process was bigger than what he calculated in his notes. He ended up charging me $550 more. In general it seemed like he was being honest but who knows. He could have just fleeced me for all I know.

Lynn and his team are super professional and so friendly. I enjoyed working with them on this project for the house. They were done in two days and it looks amazing.

Lynn was very professional. He walked the job before the area was completely exposed, then came back once we had demolition complete. They graded the site, framed and poured nearly 1000 square feet of patio for us. Forms came off a day later. The job is done well and we now have a beautiful patio to enjoy with our family.

Lynn was great to work with. He went over and above to keep me informed, updated and to set expectations. The new driveway looks better than the original when it was new. I will certainly contact Lynn for future projects.

Good follow up from the initial contact with the contractor.The work was scheduled, performed and paid for as agreed upon. However, the removal of the shaping forms and remaining debris has yet to be completed. This was promised to be done the day following completion of the major concrete work.

They were quick with the estimate and did a good job. I would recommend this company. The only problem I had, was that I felt like the workers could have done a better clean up job after the service was done
