Their billing was horrible. They called me regarding an invoice that was not paid even though I was set up on automatic payment. I cannot recall even if the company provided me a service on that day.
Their service is horrible. I asked their lawn guys to trim my shrubs. The flower bed was only about 7-8 foot long by 3 feet wide. The guys said sure. I had no problems paying them extra. However, it never got done. I then requested it again and the guy once again said he would take care of it and he never did. Then I asked the service people directly via email to cut the shrubs and then they sent a guy out that said he took over and hour and a half to cut 4 bushes and charged over $80 which is more than it cost to cut the entire yard.
I would not recommend anyone to use this company.
